Front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful when the person in the room next to me was very loud and bashing things. I was immediately moved to a new room, a mini upgrade, and was offered compensation the following day (yet to receive), but it was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean. The only staff we dealt with were the front desk and they were very pleasant. The housekeeping staff seemed very friendly and all said hello when we were leaving the next morning. We did not have breakfast since it isn’t included. We stay at this hotel every year and would love if a most cost efficient breakfast option was added. However, we do understand that you have the restaurant attached so it makes sense that you just do breakfast through them. We didn’t get to use the hot tub because the sign was up that it has just been treated. I’d like to suggest putting a time frame on the sign since no one came back to come reopen it for a very long time. Everything else was lovely!
