Ainsley from the Reception & Frontdesk was Amazing! She gave us a tour of the trains, history of the property and was receptive to our every need. I highly recommend this Hotel & we will be back for sure! Thank you Ainsley ❤️

Room Was kind of tired, chair desk frayed, shower knob needed repair, TV didn't work, or I couldn't figure it out, couldn't raise the electric shade at the window.

Staff were super kind and helpful, when I got there I was able to do an early check in which was great because I don’t live super close. That evening apparently the TVs / cable went out, a few hours later apparently an elevator had issues, a lot of high way noise from my room on the 8th floor, when I checked out early this morning something happened in the front lobby and there was a gigantic puddle of water by the front doors and down stairs was incredibly humid, pool was a little smaller than what it looked like online, the room was very clean and had a great bathroom and plenty of space but I probably would not stay here again all things considered.
