Awesome hotel right in the middle of town. The staff was extremely helpful all the time (shoutout to Alejandro). Clean rooms.

Staff service

I chose to stay in a suite to have extra room to conduct business. This hotel charges an extra fee for each person who is not listed on the reservation that enters the room REGARDLESS if they do not stay overnight. In addition, the bathroom was outdated and there were no screens for the bathroom windows which allowed insects to fly in. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was nothing special.

Great experience except for parking. It was two blocks down and very cramped parking. Maybe it's for security but you have to leave the vehicle as a passenger at the entry. Very inconvenient. Hotel itself is lovely with comfortable rooms.The hotel staff is excellent! Morning Breakfast buffet comes with the package! Lovely service and great breakfast. On the 11th floor their other restaurant has outstanding food. The only other drawback is the one elevator! It seemed we had to wait forever on occasion. It was easier for me to use the stairs from the seventh floor than wait for the elevators arrival. Overall with the lovely staff and great food it was a delightful experience!!

Like we say in football officiating....Let's talk about somethings. My reservation was for a suite and the suite rate was naturally higher than other rates, I have no problems with that, however the day I go to check in the attendant takes my wife and I to a room that was not a suite. I choose a suite because even though I have some weight issues and even if I was a thin man I would still have problems in that tiny space of a room. When I went to the bathroom, and opened the door, it made this bumping noise every time I walked out. The toilet was in what looked like a cut out space and very uncomfortable to me. The explanation that I received was there was a plumbing problem with the suite. According to my impression there was only one suite in the entire hotel. I was still charged the suite rate and I received a regular room. Ladies and Gentlemen you cannot do business like this I do not care what policy you have in place there are these things called ethics and integrity somethings that need to be worked on by someone in your organization whether it be upper, middle, or lower management. The way this problem could have been avoided is they could have called,text,email,FaceTime, Facebook, or one of millions of ways to get in touch with me to let me know there was a problem with the suite. Under no circumstances do you not communicate problems before the customer arrives. These factors are why they have received the ratings that I have given them.

The staff were just OK except for a couple of them who make the hotel a 5 star hotel, but some of them just are working like they dont like the Job transmiting that feeling to the guest.
