My expectations were not great, since my aim was to sleep one night cheaply and continue travel next day. To begin, staff does not try to accommodate you in any way, despite the fact that the hotel was more than half empty. Since I was traveling alone, I took the rare opportunity to ask for a smoking room. By the looks of the smoking room, I can guess the non-smoking is not much better. Bed sheets were burned. There were hairs all over the bed ( I slept dressed!). There is a minimum heating panel on top of the wall. It does not matter how hot you set the thermostat, you feel cold. Even colder when you do not want to use the bed covers. There were stain on the floor and on the tables. Towels were shamefully small, and very rough. To complete: the hotel is very noisy and half the room (like the one I was in) faces the road. Very hard to sleep. I have been in other cheap motels (including other redroofs), but this one wins the price for the worst hotel.

I had a good time staying at this hotel location.

We checked in and went out. When returned many people leaving at 10pm said night before got bit by bugs. Haven't slept there yet, tried to get refund was offered free stay in next 90 days....ok sure...NO way! Not sure if bed bugs, but definitely wasn't gonna chance it. Room was updated and looked clean. Buy with a family of 6 at home wasn't worth the risk!

Only "certain" rooms have hair-dryers - not rooms booked through off-site. Only coffee offered - oh, and a "free" bottle of water.

First I will start off when I pulled into the parking lot and saw dozens of mattresses in the parking lot on the ground . Did not look nice for hotel . Next as we entered the room looked dated and old and dingy,Upon inspection of the room we found an empty water bottle and cigarette butts under the mattress. Then there were the blacks things on the floor that look like rat droppings or a small dogs( not saying it was but I would not touch it )and also white spots on the floor. after we check into the room we left for dinner went and found another hotel, then we came back to red roof Inn checked out and got her stuff and left . We checked in about five we checked out around 9-10 pm

The room was nice, clean and roomy, they were also upgrading the matresses. The staff was nice and the pizza was good that we odered from nearby.

I just wish the cleaning lady didn't barge into my room despite me saying no, multiple times at 10:45am (checkout is 11AM).

The rooms just aren't as clean as they should be. The towels are not even close to being white and there was hair in the sink and tub

Fine hotel if you don't mind getting a non smoking room that smells like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. Disgusting. Look elsewhere.

Newly renovated, clean, good location, safe, fantastic price, friendly staff, nice TV. A/C was bit loud, no fitness center, no breakfast, some lights in the parking were out.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Wonderful welcome! The only complaint was the floor was a little sticky, I think it was what they use to clean their floors. The bathrooms were clean but not sure the sheets had been changed. I woke up in the morning and noticed hairs in the bed that were not mine I know for sure. I did not closely inspect the beds closely because the rooms appeared so clean and beds were so tidy made. One of my towels had make up all over it . The price was right and for the weekend when everything books I would stay again just look a little more careful. The outside environment was a little loud and sketchy

Clean room, bed comfortable, sleep very well, no coffee pot, no breakfast, but very good value for the price. Would stay again.

Fine for the price. What was expected. Staff was nice. Early check in. No floor length mirrors.

I have stayed here many times for the location and great value that you get.

room was small bathroom tiny staff was polite if you just need cheap room i recommend. NOT for family

This is a great hotel to stay at for a very reasonable price. Newly renovated rooms are vey nice!

Very clean rooms. close to the job site. Friendly staff

The hotel it self is good I stay in it other times and it has always been great. But this time it was not that great the room I got the door you had to kick it for it to open and the room was not as clean. The good thing is that most of the rooms are under remodeling.

Most of this hotel is typical Red Roof Inn - sort of strange location, the rooms haven't been updated to the newer laminate wood floors they are putting in other RRIs so slightly musty smelling carpet, noisy AC/heating unit, tiny little bathroom, no fridge or microwave in the standard rooms. Nothing super special but for the price it was a decent place to get a night of sleep. What sets this hotel apart is the staff. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and really impressed me. I've been to RRIs where the staff is impersonal, bland, unfriendly, even rude, which has led me to stay at other hotel chains - none of that here. It was a real pleasant surprise.

Very clean close to the job. Like that the stores are close
