The hotel is as clean as it could be given its age. The first night the fire alarm went off from midnight to 12:30, but they did give us a credit of $20. But that morning I woke up to a flooded bathroom, from a leak in the ceiling. I had to move to a new room, which they thankfully accommodated. When I got to the room for the second night, the cable wasn’t working, so the maintenance man had to come fix that.They gave me a credit of less than 10% for all that inconvenience. I asked to speak to a manager at eight in the morning, but they told me she was not in yet and that they had sent her a text a while ago about another issue and she had not responded yet. So there was no one on site that could help me with my concern.

The rooms were bot very clean nor the pool area. Breakfast disnt even start until after 7 a.m no laundry soap in vending machines. Ice machine barley worked and they made you pay a 250 deposit when you arrive and no where does it say so.

1- The person who checked us in was very hard to understand. 2- The pillows on the bed were very small like for a twin bed not a king bed, not very comfortable. 3- The shower did not have any grab bars to hang onto getting in and out. I asked for a walk in shower and got a bathtub shower combination.
