Total Mark Twain feel about the place. Quaint and fun, and the breakfast is awesome.

Wait staff in the breakfast area were professional and courteous. Everyone was on task and attentive.

...needs a few more universal fitness equipment...but overall very nice

Very homey. Free breakfast included made to order omelette. Staff were great. Mattress was awful.

Loved the hotel. Nice room. Disappointed that the restaurant closed so early.

There were signs saying that there was no weather on October 2 from 830 am until 12 pm and no hot water when I got there. I was very concerned because I take a shower in the morning - so this made my shower very early. Next - I could tried to turn on the television and nothing worked. After around 10 min - I tried calling the front desk and it rang several times. No one picked up. I tried again 15 min later it rang and nothing happened. So I figured it wasn’t worth it. The next day - I tried to get in my room and my key card didn’t work. So I had to go to the main desk and they replaced my card as If this was common place and I asked about the tv. The man did show me how to do it but at this point I lost two days of tv. Finally, yesterday, I ordered some food and was going to take it to my room. I had many bags, so I was going to take the evaluator. After a while there was no elevator. Then a woman from the front desk starts using a tool on the door and opens the elevator and there was a guest inside. I was told not to use the elevator and to use the stairs. Needless to say my food was cold. As you guys know - I travel pretty frequently and I usually do not run into these types of issues. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was not very happen with this maiden stay.

Great place nice staff Great free breakfast Fresh omelette

Good location for us. The parking was free. The room was good but the bed pillows were tiny. The furnishing was minimal but adequate. The inside of the property has a somewhat old look.

Good location and attempt at an upscale boutique-like feel.

I like the rooms. The breakfast set-up was confusing though. It was in a restaurant but there was no host or sign that said “seat yourself.” I had to ask the fellow patrons for guidance. The staff at the front desk looked under-dressed and did not have a sophisticated concierge appearance, as I would have expected from this kind of hotel. I also had a couple of awkward experiences from the guests staying there - one time on the elevator, which are very slow, and once at breakfast. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my room. I used to love staying at this hotel, but I don’t think I will be staying again, unfortunately.

very nice hotel and great breakfast 👍👍👍 great view

Very quaint but not outdated. The staff were excellent. We felt incredibly welcome and will definitely be staying again.

The property was really worn out. Carpet in room was old and needed cleaning. Paint was peeling from the walls.

I thought this place was awesome! My room was very unique and laid out perfectly. Breakfast was also perfect ... I’ll be back

The property was very close to the places my wife and I planned on visiting for shopping, sporting event, eating and entertainment.
