We had a wonderful time. We were traveling with my children, grandchildren and pets. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and enough space for us all. We were close to the beach and great food. Recommend the Sunset grill, which is picturesque and delicious. There were beach chairs in the garage and boogie boards and that was nice to have accessible. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood and a lot of room. Just not a 5 star because the home and yard need a lot of TLC. Renting for an entire month you'd expect some hand soap and a few other amenities as we receive in our other monthly rentals. The management company did respond quickly to the grill being out of commission and a few other things. A good month of cleaning up the carpet, cloth chairs, little fixes would make this a 5 start.

Fabulous property

Our family booked this beautiful place in late April for late May. It is so spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen, a garage for our sandy beach things, dog friendly, on a quiet little cul-de-sac. We had a dog beach within walking distance. Our daughter and her boyfriend rented bikes for the week and biked back and forth to the beach. The public beach access was fairly close and as long as you brought a good dose of patience, getting a parking spot wasn’t awful. All in all a 5 star trip for us.

Great place to rent

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice house and neighborhood to take walks with the dog. Close to the beach. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was some basic things were missing like kitchen utensils, salt/pepper, scissors, cooking supplies, ... Things like that would have made it more move-in friendly for longer term renters like us. Probably not a big deal if you're only staying a few days though. Overall though very nice and would rent again if we're in the area.

Overall, I was pleased with the house, location, and ease of checkin. In fact, our property was available 2 hours before schedule checkin time. Upon entering the house, everything looked very nice. Upon further inspection, I found dried food/drink stains on several of the hard surfaces (dining table and coffee table). Luckily, I brought cleaning supplies from home and cleaned these areas myself. I also noticed the hand rails leading up the stairs were very stained and discolored. I was able to use an antibacterial wipe to clean these as well, and the grime came right off. The dining table was missing two chairs (later to be found in the garage with a note attached stating they were broken when another guest arrived more than a month be for me. Also, the bathroom plugs (all bathroom plugs) did not work when we arrived. I was able to speak with the rental company and this problem was resolved quickly. Staff was very attentive to my concerns regarding the electrical plugs.
