We are located 7 minutes from the sugary white sands & turquoise water of Sander's beach.This charming 1946 historical, pet friendly, 100% smoke free 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is perfect for your escape to Pensacola. If you like to "unplug" we have a reading nook. We also have a comfy sleeper chair. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed with removable, fitted, soft plush mattress topper to adjust the softness of the beds & we have a white noise machine in each bedroom fully charged for your convenience (not that it's needed, neighborhood is very quiet but a nice luxurious touch). Therefore ensuring a terrific night's sleep for all guests. The bathroom boasts a relaxing jetted bathtub with complimentary bubble bath which adds an excellent touch to your stay & for a so much needed you time. With amenities like high speed Internet & a coffee/tea bar, books and board games, heating, AC, and WiFi, & Netflix your comfort is guaranteed. 50 inch TV in living room and 40 inch Roku TV in master bedroom. Beautiful fully fenced backyard and converted shed/game room with ping pong, foosball, and corn hole for hours of fun. A dogcover for the sofa will be provided so ur pup can enjoy the sofa too, please don't remove it as respect for the next guest who may be allergic to pet hairs. Outdoor/indoor dog beds, dog bowls, dog toys, crates will be provided for those who stay with their pups. We have a high chair,pack n play & baby proof our electric oulets & cabinets when infants or toddlers are staying. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, ice cooler, beach balls & toys are provided. Honeymooners, families, business travelers, pet parents, this cottage is perfect for anyone who wants to unwind & pamper themselves. This cottage is centrally located: just minutes away from front gate at NAS, 10 min from downtown, and 15-20 from Pensacola Beach. Rideshares like Uber & Lyft are available.
