This lovely Gulf Front condo is your destination in Perdido Key. Located on the east side of Eden with gorgeous views three stories above the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious unit has 18" tile throughout. The dining and living room are a great place to relax with their casual, comfortable furniture. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a 40" flat screen TV. The dining table seats six with additional seating for three at the bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops, good lighting and all the amenities you would expect in a kitchen for entertaining. The master bedroom has great ocean views, flat screen TV and a new king size bed. It has an attached private bath, a beautifully redone walk-in shower, and a double sink granite vanity. The guest bedroom has an amazing view of Old River, a queen and twin bed, with flat screen TV with DVD player. The second bathroom has an updated double granite vanity and shower/tub combo. The outdoor balcony has a pub-height dining table and chairs and a chaise lounge for relaxing. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free Wifi. This is a nonsmoking unit.

Great propert!

Love the property, kitchen was super well equipped with anything you might need. Ease of wristbands for access to everywhere on the property, including Condo was fantastic and never once did it not work!! Parking was adequate and I’ve never stayed somewhere that had enough carts that you never had to wait!!
