Great place to stay!

Property was in great condition and is in a fantastic location. Kitchen had all the necessities to make the stay very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful family stay

This property is a great place to enjoy the beach with family, especially small children because is the easy beach access and porch with grassy area. We would definitely come back!

We LOVE

We loved everything about our stay here. The location is perfect! We loved staying on the bottom floor and just walking out the back door right to the beach. The room was clean and very spacious. We will be back!

Great condo - would definitely stay there again! Perfect location - close to everything but still quiet and relaxing! Loved being able to walk out the door and be steps away from the beach or the pool! Condo was very clean and had everything you would need as far as kitchen items. Highly recommend staying there!

Perfect place on the beach!

We love that it is first floor so no elevators to rise. Unit is comfortably furnished. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Perfect location!

My friends and I went for a short college reunion trip and it was the perfect place to stay. There was so much room for us to hang out in the living room and on the porch while listening to the ocean. Being able to walk right on to the beach was a huge plus! It wasn’t crowded at all and very quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

great condo

we loved staying here! we have three small children, and the ease of getting them to the beach with no stairs or elevators was wonderful. the condo was clean and all the furniture was comfortable. kitchen seems very well stocked with cookware/dishes. We will definitely consider renting this unit again in the future !

Quick beach/river trip

Clean, first floor, perfect location to walk to Crab Trap and FloraBama. Love having beach front and river access for fishing and sunset watching from dock. Great ice maker. Needs cutting boards, metal steamer and hand juicer.

Perdido Key Condo

Nice condo complex in Perdido Key Florida. We plan on sending a list to the property manager with the things that need addressed--nothing that hindered us having a nice time--just things they don't know if no one tells them, like the blender doesn't work. We'd stay in this area again, but next time at a place with a hot tub.

Repeat stay in this condo

We stayed in this same room last year, we loved it so much we decided to stay here again. You can’t beat the easy access from the room and the beach. The room is super clean and has everything you can imagine you’d need there for you. The ice maker is a big plus for filling your cooler in the mornings before you head to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the bed linens where super soft! The location is perfect, close enough for groceries and restaurants but away from the a big crowd. We would stay here again 10/10

Great condo, very accessible

The condo is very nice and a great location. You can walk out the front door, walk 50 or so feet around the building and the walkway onto the beach is right there! There is a beach umbrella and lounge chair rental company on the beach in front of the condo if you want. Only downside to the condo -- especially if you like to sleep in -- is that the condo is located right by the elevator. The smaller secondary bedroom has a window facing the parking lot. Even with the window closed, the outside noise of people coming and going and the dinging of the elevator is very noticeable, especially on the weekends. The rest of the condo, including the master bedroom which faces the beach, was super quiet.

Fabulous First Floor Unit

This was our third stay at Shipwatch, but our first in this unit. The unit was very clean, updated, and one of the most well-stocked units we’ve ever stayed in. There was some painting being being done to the building during our stay, but it was not a problem. We loved the proximity to the beach this unit offered. We love Shipwatch because it is a smaller, less-crowded complex. The AC thermostat went out during our stay, but Liquid Life sent someone out to fix it right away. Our only complaint is that the unit doesn’t get good cell service, and the WiFi didn’t work most of the time we were there. Otherwise everything was great! You will not be disappointed with this unit!!
