My card has been charged by Orbitz as well as 3 charges by the Hyatt for the full price of this room. The manager said this was because Orbitz didn’t book the virtual card correctly. I hope the 3 additional charges by Hyatt do no post because I have 4 pending full amount charges for this one night stay. Trying to sort all these charges out with hotel staff was a horrible way to spend the last day of our vacation. Also very dirty room and smelled bad.

Hyatt Place was absolutely amazing. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, shuttle staff, continental breakfast staff were all top notch professional and friendly. We stayed 1 night so we could catch a flight the next day. Location was amazing and we didn't hear 1 airplane taking off to interrupt our sleep. No doubt would stay again!

This property is located in a great spot whereby we were able to enjoy every area of the town.

I was disappointed with our room. It was humid and the floors were damp and slick to walk on. Ice and drink machines were not on our floor and I had to take my ice bucket down to the lobby to be filled by an employee.

Bathroom door would not lock. Room was dirty. There was no service to remove trash or bring new towels. A/C did not cool well. Left hotel one day early just because of all the issues.

Air conditioning was not working properly and blinds broken. Requested maintenance for blind and air conditioning repair after check in and no one took care of the issues. I asked again the second day for repairs and the b be Linda were fixed but air conditioning was never repaired.

Staff very friendly!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very well appointed and up to date. Easy check in and online check-out was great.

Everything was great it was a awesome experience I would love to do it again.

This stay was nothing special. It advertised food and meals. Change the website, Covid-19 restrictions are in place. Housekeeping wake us up knocking on doors early. At 139.00 a night- find somewhere else.

Ask 3 different staff members for 3 straight days to resolve the Shower Drain Clogg. Didn't even look at it. Other than that, it was a Good place to stay. Employees were nice, but did not resolve issue. I would still stay there again.

The hotel was out of towels. The A/C unit was very noisy in the room I stayed in. The first time it kicked on it woke me up from a dead sleep. The exterior doors did not lock so anyone could have walked in the back door of the hotel. Other than that that room was clean and comfy beds.

The staff were very friendly and the room was nice.

The room has been updated but the ceiling looked dilapidated. Overall, it was fine. The staff and a check in process were great.

Our room was dusty and the shower had mold/ dirty , the carpet was super dirty worst hotel I ever stayed ,
