Older motel but room was clean. Plenty of furniture and clothing storage. Thin walls and ceiling. Air conditioning was inconsistent, loud and positioned next to bed. An outlet beside the bed was not functioning so no bedside lighting. Shower rod was falling off the wall, not secured. Management recognized issues and will address them immediately. Homeless encampment across the street at City Hall.

The hotel was a great value. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was OK, not great, nice refrigerator, no microwave. The staff were friendly. The housekeepers were great, overall it was a great value. The only real concern we had was the amount of homeless people in the area, especially right across the street.

Not to be missed!

Over the last decade, have stayed at just about every hotel/motel located downtown Pendelton during round up and frankly, none have matched this Inn in regards to hospitality and patience. We had the unfortunate incidence of accidental double bookings, one cancellation and poor communication via hotels.com. Despite all of that and it being the busiest weekend of the year, dear Rom and the rest of the team handled our booking (and worked out the subsequent mess) with aplomb. Would happily stay here again during round up or otherwise. The rooms are clean, updated, and basic without being depressing. I appreciated every minute of our stay. Let r buck!
