The front desk person who checked us in misinformed us, which later caused a problem for us at the restaurant, which has a great view. The same staff member came storming into said restaurant and chewed us out before admitting it was his own error. We asked 3 times to meet and give feedback to the GM about this. No such thing was able to happen for us. While it’s a pretty hotel despite the copious amounts of mold on the poolside lounge cushions, we won’t be going back due to poor staff training and lack of accountability by management. There are too many other great places along the same stretch of beach.
