It may be a low-cost business hotel but, really the place is far from a good hotel. I like to write a balanced review, therefore let's begin with the positive: Ample lobby Ample room Good lighting Comfortable bed Good towels Good shower pressure The bad: Reception personnel - robotic, disengaged Carpet throughout the 6th floor FILTHY with stains Shower full of mould Intermittent WiFi Will give you 3 tissues in one box and will not replace throughout your stay, same with the writing pads Old furniture in the room Breakfast seems ample but very low quality Hotel located in an isolated place; a taxi ride to any good restaurant can run you €20-30. Ownership of this hotel obviously does not care. By the way, the good reviews are mainly focused on value. If you are looking for a cheap place in price and quality go to this one; otherwise chose a better one...
Not go to this hotel!!! They are a big shame people!!! When ı was out of restaurant, one girl comes and says please not take food from there.I got shocked because ı not take anything and also their breakfast is so so bad. The girl lie and we fight with hotel. Not choose this bad, crazy staff hotel
It seems that depending on where you are in Spain or the world, the definition of the stars of a hotel changes. Positives: - easy access from highway - free parking under the hotel Negatives: - hallways have carpet with many stains - rooms not very clean, especially the floor - they ran out of shower gel, and we had to make do with 1 small bottle of shampoo and in the other room there was not even that. How difficult is it to go and buy travel sized bottles of shower gel at a supermarket and write a card to the customers explaining. - very noisy, busy road on one side, and gas station on the other and could perfectly hear tv in next door room Definitely will not go back in the future.
Very large hotel. Friendly front desk staff Good secure Parking for my moto. Large quiet room. I should have stayed a second night so that I could have explored the city on one of the red bus tours, they stop right outside the hotel. Definitely will return.
Have stayed here before under previous ownership....before it closed down. Only use the room and on that basis is great value. Breakfast at €12 a bit pricey, but it is a full buffet. Communal areas' well kept.
I found this hotel 1 night before the trip, with the promo code the price was 50 eur, I didn’t really expect much. But our experience was amazing! Good design, all the necessary appliances, spotless room and the bathroom, huge windows, super comfy big bed with many pillows. The best was that the room had both the shower cabin and the bath! The only drawback can be that it’s distant from the city center, but if you come by car it’s 10-15 min away only. Parking is paid extra, but we just parked next to the hotel in the street for free.
Very nice looking hotel. Nice clean big room. It’s near the airport. They are very dog friendly. Nice friendly reception and great breakfast - WiFi in rooms could be improved. The Restaurant is very slow - to setup the table took 45min to take the order another 35 min drinks another 25min and food 25 min. They don’t cater for vegiterrians and have a set menu with three choices.
Not bad hotel, clean rooms. Not attractive swimming pool and sport facilities as 4 star hotel. The door lock was damaged, so we had to wait for some minutes. I am really disappointed with poor sport and swimming pool facilities of the hotel. A little far from city center.
I had to stay here for a few days as I broke my leg whilst on holiday and couldn't fly home. I booked a suite so I could have a large bed for my broken leg and my mum could have a sofa bed. After reading the reviews, I reasonably high expectations but was relatively disappointed. The hotel itself is well presented and modern but for such a large hotel, the levels of staffing really let it down. It always seemed understaffed and this would show in the level of service. Upon arrival, I had a cast on my leg and was unable to walk. I was not given any crutches so was really struggling with moving bags. The reception staff watched us struggle over to the desk and did not offer to help at all. We asked if they had a wheelchair or mobility aid at the hotel and was told no, with no offer for any help with bags etc (despite having the facility to do this). The reason I chose to stay in this hotel is simply because I could not walk and needed a restaurant. At check in I asked the receptionist what time this opens and was told 8:30pm. We checked in at around 8:15 and was starving because we hadn't eaten all day so went straight down for dinner. We had one drink at the bar (which was very good and reasonably priced) as we were a little early and arrived at just before 9pm. When we did arrive, there was nobody to seat us and I could not stand because of my foot, so we headed to a table and seated ourselves. We were there for over 10 minutes and nobody came to help us. It was clear that there was only 1 person working the room, so my mother decided to ask at reception what was happening. The receptionist said the restaurant was full and had no availability. Tired, in pain and frustrated I had to attempt to "walk" over the reception desk and ask what was going on and why we were not informed of this when I asked opening times earlier. I arrived at the desk and was told to wait 15/20 minutes. I said that I was not happy and asked if I would be required to book a table to ensure we got dinner. I was told no, I just need to keep checking. This was clearly insulting to someone who could hardly walk so I said I wanted someone to inform me when a table was ready. The receptionist called for the waitress and agreed. I sat at the bar and the waitress came over immediately and ushered us in. It was clear that she was embarrassed at the way I was being treated and that I was obviously struggling. She took us to a table and took our drinks order. She was rushed off her feet. She was managing the entire room herself with no support and she could not cope. Despite this, she still gave us a friendly and warm service, we were both really impressed with her attitude and willingness to help. However, because she was so busy, it was clear some things were being missed (we never got bread/ water etc). I cant stress enough that this was clearly not her fault and she was coping very well. Despite the service we had received so far, the meal was delicious and reasonably priced. Full and tired we headed back to the room (a suite with sofa bed). Upon arrival, we realised that the sofa bed had not been made up. I could not help because of my foot so called reception to see if it could be made up. We were told that housekeeping had gone home and there was nothing they could do. After a slight altercation, they agreed to bring up some bed linen but would not help with making up the bed. My mum managed to struggle making this up herself. Disappointing.. The room itself was well kept and the bed comfortable. The main problem I had was that the air con didn't seem to cool down the room and we did occasionally hear doors slamming. Apart from that, sleeping in the room was very comfortable. The next day, we were hoping to fly home but I was not able to fly so my travel insurance booked a different room (with 2 beds) for the night. We changed rooms and a different receptionist was kind enough to assist with bags. We arrived at the room which was a similar style to the previous one but was told this was an accessible room. I really think they need to look into accessibility at their hotels as it was simply not up to scratch. The main problem for me in the room was that there was a ridge going into the shower. I really struggle with steps and very nearly slipped getting into and out, especially with a slippery wooden floor in the bathroom. I'd also like to point out that the accessible toilet in reception did not lock and your staff seem to have a lack of general awareness to how to assist those with reduced mobility. All in all, I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable stay at the hotel despite the rooms being quite nice. The staff were a real mixed bag, some unhelpful and uneducated and some who would do all they could (such as the waitress and one of the receptionists that helped us find a local Pharmacy to get my medication) as well as rooms that are not fit for accessible customers. The staffing levels in the hotel seemed woefully inadequate and this made it difficult to get anything rectified that we needed. I really think they need more staff who are well trained. Their facilities also need looking into. I had an embarrassing stay with you and I wouldn't wish the same on anyone else.
Stay there while visiting Valencia. If you are widout a car it is quite far to the metro station. But if you like to walk it is not a problem. The room was great a very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and was maybe missing a bigger selection of breath.
