I am a big fan of the Relaxa Hotle. I've stayed here many times before and the combination of an excellent location plus modern (and clean) space makes for a lovely place to rest in Munich. Furthermore the staff is always very friendly too.

I am frequent guest at the Relaxa Munchen. This hotel never fails to be exceptionally comfortable and secure. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. For arrivals by train the location just two blocks from the terminal of the central station is superb. My only wishes were to be a small refrigerator in the room to keep excellent Bavarian beer cold and also a water boiler to make oneself tea in the morning. That said I do appreciate the modern decor of the rooms and the focus on cleanliness.

Excellent hotel. The property is immaculate, the staff are very friendly, and I love the light, airy, modern room decor. The location just two blocks from the Central train station is fantastic too.

This hotel was conveniently located near the main train station. The rooms were sufficient and clean. The staff was helpful. A nice stay.

Very nice and clean hotel! Small amenities missing such as no iron in the room. A/C didn't cool very well but otherwise was a great stay.

This will serve as another very positive review of the Relaxa. I would classify myself as a semi-frequent guest. Normally, I stay at this hotel every 4-6 weeks while on short trips to Munich. Yet again I just concluded another excellent stay at the Relaxa over a one night stay. As I've come to expect the front desk staff is unfailingly polite and courteous at all times. I arrived well ahead of check-in so the downtown location is most helpful for quickly leaving my luggage with the front desk after alighting from the S8 train from the airport. Later in the day when I did receive my room it was wonderful to learn my luggage had already been brought up to my room. To me the Relaxa really well represents modern amenities, excellent service, and a new physical property of the hotel. The result is a very well packaged hospitality experience that shows itself in a clean property and one that is very well maintained too. The rooms are always clean, airy, and in top shape. For me as solo traveler I am much happier with a stand up shower over a traditional bath tub. Once in the room, I've always noticed how quiet and secure they are. Just open the window for fresh air and to notice the noise of the street area below. In summary, I will continue to keep coming back to the Relaxa. The central location just two walking blocks from the Central Station cannot be beat and of course there is the great service I spoke of too.

THis was another excellent stay at the Relaxa Hotel. I've reviewed the hotel a few times so I'll be brief. Overall, I always enjoy coming back to this hotel because the property is modern, the public spaces and rooms are sparkling clean, and the layout of the room is thoughtful and comfortable. Relaxa provides a very functional hotel product at a reasonable rate. LAstly, the staff are very friendly and polite. Often I arrive from the USA in the early morning and it's easy to check-in early and leave the luggage safely with the desk staff while waiting for the proper check-in hour. I consider the hotel to be very safe and secure too.

This last stay was yet another excellent stay at the Relaxa. I visit munich usually about 5-6x/year and Relaxa is my hotel of choice. On this stay I was lucky to receive early check-in upon arrival at 8am. Coming direct from the USA I very grateful the lovely gentleman at the reception offered me the room immediately without even my inquiring. As is usual I found my room warm (it was really cold out), clean, and exactly as I expected. Even overlooking the street, there was no noise when the windows were locked and sealed. While you will not find items like a water boiler for tea and coffee nor an iron and board, I am happy to forego these extra items when traveling for a good price. Besides overall comfort, the friendly staff, and a very comfortable room; I cannot ignore discussing the excellent location. For me the best location in Munich is close to the Hauptbahnhof. I really value being able to walk only about two blocks on the street (after exiting the down station platform beyond the starbucks). Munich has such excellent public transportation that I put a very high value one being close to the access to the U & S-bahn. You can leave the hotel and walk to the station in about four minutes and from there it's easy to move to Marienplatz or Karlsplatz as two examples of where there are lots of restaurants.

The hotel is an easy walk from the main train station however, it is also one block from an area where a lot of men are sitting out on the sidewalk by shops, quick marts, and restaurants. I would not have been comfortable walking this area alone or with another woman/children. The hotel room was medium/large, clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean and Small. The staff was polite and efficient, not necessarily friendly but certainly not rude in any way.

Nice place to stay while in Munich. Only difficulty was with parking. Upon arrival, I was told I could not park the rental car in the garage because it was full. I stayed for four nights and could not park in their parking until the 4th night. The public garage they suggested was full, so I had to park quite a walking distance from the hotel.

It's a beautiful hotel .. I would stay there again Love the rooms and bathroom , had a rain forest shower head. Location is central to everything.

I found relaxa hotel to be modern, freshly styled, and my room was nicely appointed in style and features. The staff was friendly at my early check-in And it was a nave touch that my luggage was moved from storage to my room automatically once my room was ready after 3pm. It was clear that the hotel is quite new as the elevators, the carpeting, and tiles were spotless. In my room, I was impressed by the rainforest shower head which I'm a huge fan of. The bedding was really comfortable too. The room which silent as well and this is important as my room overlooked a busy city street. Overall, the room style was very modern yet comforts were high. The wifi was fantastic as free too. I would gladly return to another stay here.
