**MID-MOUNTAIN TOWNHOMES NEAR SILVER LAKE VILLAGE**



Take in the beauty of the mountains from these townhomes located near Deer

Valley's mid-mountain Silver Lake Village. Many of these residences feature a

master suite, living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen and access to private

hot tubs. These spacious townhomes provide plenty of space for the whole

family or to host some friends.



Residence 6559 is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home located in upper

Deer Valley and is perfect for entertaining while enjoying the spectacular

views.



The second floor features the master suite, living room, dining room, gourmet

kitchen and access to your private hot tub. The kitchen boasts a large six-

burner Wolf stove, wine fridge and walk-in pantry. The living room includes a

gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace and en suite

bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks, a large walk-in shower, jetted tub and

heated floors.



The first floor has the second bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom.

The bathroom has one sink with a walk-in shower and separate toilet room. Also

located on the first floor is a theater room with wet bar and fridge, shuffle

board and sofa sleeper. A walk-in hall closet with cubbies to store all your

outer gear is adjacent to the spacious two-car garage which has a large ski

rack for storage.



Located on the third floor are the third and fourth bedrooms. The third

bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom, combo shower/tub and one

sink. The fourth bedroom also features a king bed with en suite bathroom, one

sink and walk-in shower. Access to the spa is located on the third floor.
