Ridgepoint #107 recently renovated three-level townhome nestled mid-mountain,

just half a mile from Silver Lake Lodge. This mountain retreat provides

convenient ski-out access via an access trail that runs through the Ridgepoint

community. To return to the condo after skiing, a short walk or shuttle ride

is required.



Inside, the main level boasts wood flooring and lofty ceilings, allowing

natural light to flood in, creating a bright and airy ambiance. The dining

area and breakfast bar offer comfortable seating overlooking the beautifully

upgraded kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a Viking range,

and granite countertops. The living area is tastefully furnished with designer

mountain-themed décor, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, large flat-screen

TV, and glass sliders leading to an outdoor deck equipped with a gas BBQ.



The lower level offers bedrooms with views of the surrounding mountain

landscape. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bath with

a dual vanity, and a stone walk-in shower. The second bedroom boasts a queen-

size bed, stunning panoramic views, and glass sliders leading to a private

outdoor deck with a private hot tub. The third bedroom includes a queen-over-
