Well situated apartment approximately 20 minutes walk to Disneyland. Val D'Europe shopping complex is over the road, with a large number of shops and restaurants. It also has a large supermarket which is a 10 minute walk through the shopping centre.The apartment itself is compact but has all amenities one would expect and need for a short stay. Beds / sofa beds were comfy enough.Note you need to pull the toilet flush button up once used in order for it to stop filling with water. The complex has private off road parking, with approximately 20 spaces outside and more below ground. Since we were coming in a VW campervan I emailed reception before our arrival and was told the car park height was 2.02M. When we got there it was clearly marked as 1.92M and therefore too low for our van, and the outside parking was full with cars. As a result we had to park on the street about 300M away but did manage to get a space inside the complex later that day. Of course this is not the fault of the host. Host was excellent and sent us clear check-in instructions before arriving, with clear communications throughout.

Fantastic place!!

We stayed here for 3 nights in March because we were going to Disneyland. The location is fantastic. It's about an easy 20 minute walk to Disney. The apartment is also located next to a huge shopping centre, which was very convenient for getting groceries and also just general shopping. The apartment was very clean, spacious enough for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens, and well appointed. Alexandrine was informative and quick to respond. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again!

20 min walk to the park. Located next to shopping centre with plenty of restaurants. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. If I ever go to Disney again I would stay here! Loved our stay

Perfect location for Disneyland Paris. The parks are only 20 mins walking/6 mins by car and at the end of the night a crowd walks that way, I felt secure when walking in spite of the dark streets.

Close to everything you need

We had previously stayed in the building during Covid times and went to Disney so to be back for a couple of days was fantastic. This wasnt for a Disney trip on this occasion. We chose to stay here because we knew the area. It had parking and was great for a supermarket, as day trip to Paris and yes I got a sneaky trip to the disney village. The apartment was a great location. A balcony that kept the children entertained while waving to passers by. There was more than enough room for 5 of us and we do intend on going back for much longer next time. Thanks alexandrine for all the information you sent regarding the apartment. So easy to check in and out of. We will be returning very soon.

Great suite. Clean. Half hour walk to Disneyland , but better yet is the free shuttle. Alexandrine and Eric have a good sense of humour and Eric's English is very good. They were most helpful.

Great holiday apartment, ideal location and superb host

Alexandrine was a fantastic host, meeting us on arrival, showing us round the apartment and answering any questions we had. The location of the apartment is great. There is a free bus to Disney which you catch literally outside the apartment, although we did walk home from Disneyland one evening and it only took approximately 15 mins so it is very close. We are a family of five , 2 adults and 3 children and the apartment was fine. All the children slept in the lounge area however we hardly spent any time in the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and the children loved the fact that there is a swimming pool available to use. We took the train into Paris one day which again is so easy as the station is located in the Val de Europe (a huge shopping centre) 5 mins walk from the apartment. All in all we had an amazing holiday and would definitely recommend the apartment to others.

Schön für Kurztrips

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das kleine Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Sie antwortete immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Check in alles reibungslos. Die Gegend dort ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist nur sehr hellhörig, das hat uns etwas gestört.

Appartement très propre, avec unepiscine dans la résidence très agréable.Parking privé pour rentrer sa voiture ce qui est appréciable.Communication très fluide avec la propriétaire Alexandrine.Le centre commercial Val d’Europe est situé à quelques mètres pour faire des courses où aller au restaurant.Très bonne expérience !
