The place itself was nice. It was mostly clean but had hair left over from the last guest in the bathroom. Location was great as it was very close to Notre Dame and train access. It was noisy at night in one of the bedrooms and quiet in the other. The most disappointing thing from the stay was there was no oven as advertised. We got no pre-warning that the oven was removed because it was broken. When I called to resolve the issue I was told sorry about that. It wasn’t until three days later that we were offered a portable oven and 100 Euro for the inconvenience. When I responded that this was unacceptable I never heard back. My wife has food allergies and having an oven so we can make our meals is why we chose this property. It’s disappointing that the owner/company could care less since they already got our money. I would have expected a solution day 1 and a little bit more responsiveness and apology for the lack of communication. Hence the poor rating.
