La habitacion es 100% tal cual se ven en las fotos, el lugar muy calido y acojedor, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasarla bien, el baño esta muy limpio y siempre con agua caliente el barrio maravilloso a 7 minutos caminando a la torre Eiffiel, nunca use transporte publico para ir a todos los lugar y puntos turisticos,en la esquina tienen 1 Mc Donald y un super Monoprix, llegue al aeropuerto de Orly y hasta la puerta del alojamiento en una Vans me salio UD35, me convenia ya que el metro sale 13 cada uno, toda la familia encantada con la reserva. volveria a reservar el proximo año 2026

Just about all the reviews for this apartment are accurate - that is to say, it's perfect for some, terrible for others. If you are like me who only need a bed and a shower at the cheapest possible rate, it's great. Others should be warned - this place should not be booked for more than two people. It's listed as sleeping four, which technically is possible, but it's hard to imagine four people simply standing in this one very small room (the bed is a loft up a ladder, and the couch is where the other two presumably sleep). The room, which includes the kitchen, is maybe 8x12 feet. The bathroom is so small that one cannot sit on the toilet except sideways, or have the door wide open. The entire place is as tidy as is possible, I suppose, considering the amount of stuff crammed into every corner - all the host's clothing, copious disney knickknacks and, yes, there is a neon sign on the wall. One gets the strong sense of living in a teenage girl's bedroom, which as a middle aged dude was slightly unnerving.On the plus side, the host always answered my texts promptly and was very friendly and open, and even messaged once to make sure everything was fine the day I arrived. The shower was hot with good pressure, the few appliances I used all worked (though there were some basics missing from the kitchen - no frying pan, very limited glassware and plates, and yes, the glasses and single bowl were all disney themed). The white tile floor is in need of professional cleaning.

The property is so small it was a disappointment There are 1 adult 2 seniors and 1 child The living floor area/kitchen is 2x4 meters. The bathroom was a disaster. One has to sit sideways to use the small toilet bowl ,since the distance between the bowl and the door us only 7 inches. The shower area is small too but it has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The main bed is a queen sized mattress on the floor at the messanine level accessed through a woodrn ladder. The 2 seniors were afraid to use the ladder for fear if falling down. They also would gave difficulty with the mattress on the floor. They ended us eith one sleeping on the sofa downstairs sbd the other one using the slim and thin green mattress on the tiled floor. The space at back of the sofa was filled with stuff in bags. There was only one sofa cover. We had to look for pillows and no cover for the slim thin mattressThe living area was so small that moving about was difficult. Only one person at a time could open her suitcase because of the space.The kitchen stove did not work. The cutlery was just in baskets not in drawers. Do not stay here if you want to get scammed!

I booked this stay months in advance before my trip. I had a bad gut feeling about this place since there wasn’t a lot of reviews. Once I got to the stay at the code for the key box wasn’t working so I messaged the owner. She said since it wasn’t working she would refund me for the night if I found a new hotel. I got there late so all of the hotels in the area were booked. It took 2hrs to find a new hotel and the owner the next day said she wouldn’t refund us since there was “nothing wrong with the key box”. I gave up on this place and just booked a completely new place since she wasn’t reliable at all. Save your money and find a much better place!

Estudio pequeño muy cuidado y con todo lo necesario y más, ideal para parejas en una ubicación excelente (Torre Eiffel muy cerca andando pero estando en una zona tranquila con varios restaurantes, supermercados y pastelerías cerca y el metro al ladito). Appartement situé au rdc, à 2 minutes du métro et 15 minutes à pied de la tour eiffel, restaurants et magasins à proximité (monoprix).Il correspond à la description faite par la propriétaire.Les indications à l'arrivée étaient faciles et l' immeuble est très sécurisé : 2 codes d'accès à l'entrée et porte de l'appartement qui s'ouvre uniquement avec la clé.Séjour agréable

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

The apartment was exactly what I needed for my stay in Paris. Perfectly located — just a 3-minute walk to the metro and within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The place is warm and cozy, with everything you need for a short stay. Sound insulation isn’t the best, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs — worked perfectly for me. Also, I'd recommend bringing your own towels. Other than that, it was spot on. Would definitely stay again.
