The male stuff we encountered at night was extremely arrogant, answering our questions in a super annoying way. The lady in the morning was much better, booked the taxi for us and nicely gave us suggestions.

Close to Gare de Lyon train station. Room cleanliness could be improved

Location parfait pour voyageurs pres de Gare de Lyon. Accueillant et calme. Bon style.

Location was great... Staff friendly and helpful.

Never got to stay there because we we told they did not have our reservation! No refund, nothing!

No hot water, just luke warm also room really small for 2 people, only place for one bag the other on the floor. Bathroom divided in 2 places, one door for the toilette and another fot the shower that could be opened only halve way since it hit the bed! Besides you use the toilette and go across the room to wash your hands. Good job on the pictures, they sell the rooms but they are unconfortable.

I was only here for one night and it was just what I needed. It's very close to Gare de Lyon, so perfect for travelers. Breakfast is extra, but I didn't indulge. Checkout was at noon and the staff kindly stored my luggage for a few hours. Best part of all, a kettle in the room!! Tea, sugar and cream. I wold stay here again, especially if I arrived on the train.

Very convenient location for this hotel, it is close to the Metro, so we were able to get around. Kinda far from airport, but at least its close to many main spots, that are 15 mins away such as Notre Dame and the Louvre. My issue is that this hotel is tiny! They squeezed in so many rooms into a small space. So it is crammed. Our room was very small, barely any space to walk around in. They only restocked towels, did not restock any tea bags or the water bottle they provide. This is very pricy compared to the crammed living situation. No dresser, barely anywhere to put your things. If you just need a place to sleep at night that's convenient location, this is the place for you. But even though we were barely in the hotel, it was uncomfortable due to the lack of space. Also the neighbors kept smoking and it kept coming through the vents. The shower also caused leaking on the floor for some reason, their wall plaster wasn't strong enough. Barely any space in the bathroom to change. Did not love this hotel, it was just a convenient location. But I'm sure you can find better with the price. Maybe it was just our room, but that was our experience. Also wifi was awful on the fifth floor in our room. We only found strong connection standing in the hallway or in the lobby.

safe environment easy access to the train station nice place to stay

Comfortable beds and a/c. Fairly close to Metro Station. Rooms were small but adequate for a short stay. The breakfast was not good, so don’t waste your money there!

Nice hotel close to cafes and Paris attractions. Friendly staff but my assigned room was right next to the street. When asked for a change, I was told that the only other available room had no A/C! Go figure...

We stayed at the Hotel Elysees Gare de Lyon for 5 days while attending a conference in Paris. It's very nice and clean and the staff are professional and pleasant. Even if you're traveling with 2 people, it's worth reserving the 3-person room (with the double bed and the twin). It gives you a lot more space for your stuff. The bathroom is a wet room (imagine instead of a room with a shower stall, they install the toilet and sink inside a big shower stall). So you can't really brush your teeth while someone else is showering, but whatever. This is a totally obvious tip, but point the shower head away from the center of the room before you turn the water on and then re-position it. The air conditioning is magnificent in summer. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is safe for walking at night.

The manager is so rude and not flexible at all. We have terrible and very expensive stay. the neighborhood is very bad. Not recommend it.

My experience at this economical well-located hotel was excellent! The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price paid, and the staff were extremely hospitable. I would stay there again.

Excellent. Hotel was clean, well-located, and staff were professional. I would stay there again.

The rooms and amenities were great, but the location is not.

Location is great in that it is in between two major train stations with RER and Metro and also a Metro is located within walking distance. It was easy to travel to Versailles and Disneyland paris in the nearby RER. The room was very, very small and there was no space to put our bags. We were three in a very small room, with four bags. We were cramped. It was smaller that my inside cabin on our recent cruise. On the other hand, the room was very clean, had a bathroom and air-conditioning ( my basic requirements). Room temperature water and soda was free in the lobby and we had chocolate on our pillows ( day of arrival). Service was very good. Room decor was exactly as in the pictures. The only negative, other than the size ( which I can live with ) is that at night, the street is very solitary and I was a little scare. After 10 pm almost all nearby restaurants close. I saw a few homeless people walking around. All in all, I would stay again, given that it meets my basic requirements and the price was good.
