Just returned from a 4 night stay while visiting Disneyland. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and we had interconnecting family rooms. When we (2adults) got to our room that evening the window was wide open and wedged in place by a curtain. The other room window was closed. My first thought - they are trying to get rid of a smell by leaving the window open. Next day with the window being shut overnight there was a strange smell like as if someone had been smoking. We eventually mentioned it to reception and spoke to a very nice guest relations lady who listened intently but we agreed to wait till the next day as we had left the window open so any smell would not be noticed. However, when we got out the lift we were conscious of the same smell in the corridor. So it wasn't just our room! We never got to the bottom of it before we left but it is now interesting to read other reviews mentioning a smell. Only other room issues were that although the beds were made (no change of sheets etc) the carpet floor was never hoovered and on leaving my daughter found an old pair of mens underpants under the bed. Apart from that it was an ok stay.
My family and I stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting Disneyland Paris. We are not that fussy just wanting clean, functional and good value for money. I don’t think it ticked any of those. The decor is very dated and the whole place looks a bit grubby. The mattresses were thin and in need of replacing. The grand looking reception at the entrance looked abandoned and they were using a small one round the corner. The staff did not look happy in their work. It’s also 150 euros a night so it’s not cheap and that’s to be expected when you go somewhere like that but you at least expect some value for money. The three plus points (and frankly the only ones) were the ‘free’ parking, the buffet style breakfast (even though we had to come back as at 9am the queue was huge) and the l’occitane products in the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone else does unless they do some serious renovations.
we went to the hotel for 3 nights to visit disney land, all was very nice .the staff was very helpfull ,the room was clean and the bed so comfort . PERFECT ROOM!! PERFECT BREAKFAST!!! PERFECT STAFF !!! Thank you!
The hotel itself is an ideal location for Disneyland. There is a free shuttle that runs from outside the hotel, straight to the park in around 10 minutes. However, baring in mind it is called the Magic Circus, it did not seem to have that effect. Apart from a circus tent outside the entrance, red& yellow colour theme and the show tent themed doors, there was nothing else really circus related. We went to the dinner buffet as we did not arrive until 22:30pm. Now for €29.50pp it was very over priced. All that was available buffet style was rice, pasta, chicken thighs, ribs and potatos. The salad bar however was very good. My friend and I had two buffets and 2 Pepsi’s and it came to €68!! The rooms are basic. Beds very uncomfortable and the pillows. Our room had a separate door leading to a small corridor to the room next door which was very strange. The bath did not get rid of the water quick enough so we found ourselves showering in a pool of water! Tea and coffee facilities were good but could possibly do with more than just 2 milk cartons. Could not fault the staff, very friendly and spoke good English! I probably wouldn’t go to this hotel again but for a 3 day trip it did the job. Just being a Disney hotel, we had higher expectations.
We got a good price for a three night stay with breakfast included. Can't complain about the breakfast, lots of choice with bacon, sausages & eggs and also nice fresh bread and croissants etc. along with plenty of fruit juice and coffee. We were down each day at around 7am and were seated straight away. The room was clean and although on the small size was enough for our needs. Bathroom a good size with toiletries included. Plenty of UK channels on the TVs as well. While we were there, building work was being carried out on what i can only assume was the bar area as there was nowhere at night to get a coffee or a beer after a cold tiring day in the parks. Also, it seemed the only evening food options were a $30pp buffet or an over-priced room service menu ($20 for a pizza), would have been nice to have been able to get a reasonable snack or drink at night, but i guess hotels around here make the most of the fact there is nowhere else but (very expensive) Disney restaurants to eat and so inflate their prices. Shuttle bus was good if crowded. Overall, represented value for money.
Had a connecting room with my son and granddaughter. Was clean and well equipped. We ate here one evening and although service was a little slow that evening the food was good. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and we were seated promptly every morning. Overall an enjoyable stay
Loved the look of the hotel and our stay was overall very good. We had booked from Saturday to Tuesday and due to circumstances, we arrived on Sunday morning. We had emailed the hotel to inform them of the same and did not receive a response. On arrival, at 11am, we expected to go straight to our room and were told that no room was available and we could not check in until 3pm. I wasn't too impressed by this seeing as we had paid for our room and it's should have been available. The girl at the desk was extremely helpful and had a room made available for us within about 20 mins. The room was great, the theme, the cleanliness, facilities. Breakfast was great too, plenty of options. A free shuttle to the parks and the RER station was great. Runs every 15 mins. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed here at the end of February for my birthday. The hotel is in a great location only 10 minutes from the Disney Park - you have a free shuttle bus that runs every 15-20 mins which is really convenient . On arrival we was greeted promptly but the only down side was our room wasn’t ready (3pm we arrived) we waited over 1 hour for our room to be ready - we wasn’t the only ones there were 5 more waiting - we did get a free drink voucher while we waited. The staff were very apologetic and tried to get it sorted as fast as they could. The rooms very very nice, spacious and clean. We had a great view, we were on the 3rd floor - the beds were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice with great variety of food and drinks - can get busy but they seat you as quick as they can. They had a little souvenir shop with everything you need - quite expensive €3.50 for a bottle of Coke. The hotel is situated on a lovely lake which you can walk around which is around the back of the hotel. They have some arcade machines which are fun which are €2 each for each machine. We didn’t eat here for lunch or dinner - we ate at the Disney Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You have to check out at 11am but your more than welcome to leave your luggage in the hold area - which we did and arrived back at the hotel at 5pm to head to the airport. I would really recommend this hotel and would come back again.
Overall it’s a decent hotel for the price per night. Plenty of staff available for when we arrived to check-in (room wasn’t available until 3pm unfortunately). Spacious room size and generally clean. Food & drink options for breakfast was good compared to other hotels. Quick shuttle service less than 10 mins to the parks. Staff at dinner service was the one area that was not great.
Perfect location, visited with my mom auntie and two cousins (all adults) had a connecting room. Check in was very quick and easy we actually arrived at 10am and our rooms were ready which was brill rather than having to wait until 3. We had a double bed in each room as well as bunk beds, I found the bed I was in (bottom bunk) very very comfy and had very good nights sleep! Although the one room had this horrible smell which took a while to get used to but we didn't complain. Plenty of food at breakfast although on our last day we had to queue about 15 minutes for a table as it was very busy. We had pizzas one night from the bar to take away and for they were pretty pricey for the size of them but what do you expect. Shuttle bus come every 10/15 minutes. The one lady who worked in the shop (I didn't get her name) was very lovely! Very chatty and had a laugh with us. I am an annual pass holder so go Disneyland a few times a year and I have just booked to say here again in 5 weeks as I was very impressed!
