Our recent trip included my wife and I, our 3 children aged 3, 1 and a half and 5 months, my brother and my parents. We occupied three rooms. First impressions: It was about a 45 minute drive from CDG airport. The lobby was very inviting and was well theme, Lots of space. Check in was very strait forward. Room: We had a family room for the 5 of us with my parents having their own room as well as my brother. We had a very large bed bunk beds which had their own TVs and a circus curtain that could be pulled around them and they added a cot to the rooms for us. I was amazed at the amount of space we had. 5 in one room could easily feel squished. Though am aware not all the family rooms are this big. It was clean and fresh. Another nice touch was that then had very fancy toiletries by L'occtane. Food: We had breakfast included, it was as you would expect a large buffet with all the usual offering. Bacon, sausage, egg, fruit, toast ect. It was enjoyable but if it's not included I think it's pretty pricy. Overall: I really like it hear if you are staying here it's 99% charge your their for Disney and it was very convenient they have buses that run every 10 min or so that are a bit of a wild ride. And the their really were no complaints with the Hoyle from us.
Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Disney. The hotel itself is quite nice and quite spacious with an arcade, pool and a mini ball pit. I stayed in a room with a double bed and a kids bunk bed. The room was very clean but worn, dated and could have done with some maintenance. For example, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, the bathroom door handle was broken and the curtain that decorated the bunk bed looked as if it had been cut by hand. However, the beds were very comfortable and the 3 of us all slept well over the 2 nights. The hotel itself is quite quiet at night with very little noise. On the first day we decided to grab something to eat and drink in the hotel before heading out. The service was shocking. There was one lady serving who was clearly trying her best but was getting flustered and no other staff came to help her out. The food was OK and the portion size was good but it was expensive. 9 euros for a pint of beer? I found that to be pretty steep compared to what you pay for alcohol in the park. Breakfast was pretty good as long as you got down early. We managed to go down stairs before 8.30 on both days and only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. After this time the queue goes crazy and fills the corridor. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with a few hot items but it was nice and filling. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning to spend most of your time in the park. If you are the type of person who likes to spend time in the hotel then it may not be the best choice.
Stayed here for 3 nights for Disneyland visit. Hotel is about 10mins via free shuttle service from Disney village. I have stayed at most hotels around this site so can judge fairly. Rooms are basic and entire hotel is in need for ramp up and thorough cleaning. Rooms are OK size but we had flies in the room and they smelt bad. Felt very dirty and un tidy. I was gob smacked that during breakfast a guy in suit came and asked my wife not to take away some bread and she would be charged, he was happy for it to go to waste instead of letting her take - very rude and never experienced this in any other hotel.
Stayed at this hotel for the first time.. Room was great very spacious. We had dinner at the onsight buffet restaurant and this was a major let down. 30 Euros per person for a very basic and often cold and undercooked buffet. No vegetarian option for one member of the group and for the price you pay this is vastly expensive considering the quality and quantity of the food. After asking to speak to the manager found him to be very rude and unhelpful. No apology offered and one meal taken off the bill in the end. (the vegetarian as she didn't eat anything). Hotel is nice but I would highly recommend trying alternative eating options
The Good Stuff: Spacious rooms with bunk beds shrouded in a 'Circus Big Top' type tent. Great for children. Very clean. The staff in the hotel are welcoming and friendly and try to do their best to help. Only a 10 minute shuttle bus from Disneyland Paris itself. Good parking. The Bad Stuff: The Reservations team. We initially gave them the benefit of the doubt as our booking had been slightly tricky in that we decided to add an extra night after making a lastminute.com booking. Despite a long conversation with the hotel reservation team asking whether it would be possible to keep the same rooms for an extra night, the request was totally misunderstood and we ended up having to share a room with our grown up daughter for one night. Not ideal. However, whilst we were at the check in desk there were several other people who were complaining of a booking mix up. NOT the fault of the check-in staff, who were run off their feet trying to rectify the errors. A slight niggle is that the bar/snack area was very understaffed on our first day/night. We waited a long time to be served and the stock by the 2nd day was very low- they'd run out of a type of soft drink etc. Strange for a busy hotel. Overall Verdict- Busy hotel, clean and functional with great staff. Not cheap, however, and I don't think it is what many would expect a 4 star hotel to be.
The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and got a nice garden for a walk or coffee. What I didn't like was that the hotel didn't supply with neccessery bathroom accessories such as shaving razors or toothgel but once requested they asked me to pay for it in the machine .. also the receptionist charged me 10 euros for not checking out at 12:00. The morning buffet is nice but you have to be there early because you will need to stand up in que before entering the resturant which is irritating and annoying .. overall its not a 4 star hotel compared to other 3 stars I stayed in the same area
I love the theme for this hotel and it really brings out the Disney magic! The breakfast buffet is really good and fuels you well for the long and tiring day at Disneyland Paris. The rooms are very nice and I love the circus theme. The shuttle bus to and from the station/ parks is great and is quite quick. Would stay here again
We stayed here for valentines day weekend with another couple. We had a wonderful time staying in this hotel, we had rooms next door to each other which was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely and had a lot of variety, we also had lunch at the bar on our first day and room service again which both times was really lovely with big portions. The shuttle bus to Disneyland is great help! Our rooms were spacious with comfortable bed and a great seating area. Was a wonderful stay and would do it again in the future
Very comfortable and clean rooms, amazing breakfast, the shuttle system to Disney Park is great... I not only recommend it, but I would definitely will stay there again! Despite the fact that there are a lot of families and wild kids, everything was really calm!
I absolutely love this hotel! I have stayed at this hotel twice and have really enjoyed it both times. The theme of the hotel is great and the style of the rooms are really nice too! My favourite thing about this hotel is the food at the bar. It's just so easy to get a snack or meal before or after visiting the Disney parks. The small shop in the hotel is also really handy to get drinks or Disney gifts, that you might have forgotten or not seen in the parks. I will defiantly be returning to this hotel on my next visit because it is a lot of fun and the staff are always so helpful. It's also so simple to get to the Disney parks on the free buses too, and usually takes about 5 - 10 minutes. These buses can get quite busy though, especially after the Disney illuminations Night Show.
