Sublime flat on the 1st floor with lift, refurbished on 1st November 2021.
At the crossroads of the Grands Boulevards, this flat is located near several shopping streets and renowned.

This flat is brand new, all the work was completed on November 1st 2021.
The flat is fully equipped and includes :
- Living room with sofa, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- 2 bedrooms with double bed
- 2 shower rooms with WC

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best it can be. As specified in our house rules, check-in starts at 3pm and there is an additional charge for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

Paris vacation

Apartment was as advertised. Very clean and neat in a great area, close to metro station. Check-in was great, someone from the host group met us at the apartment to help with accessing the apartment and show us around. Host was easy to communicate with and provided prompt response.
