We had an incredible stay at the Splendid Loft near Place de la Nation! The space was not only spacious but beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home, Each of the three bedrooms was cozy, and we loved gathering in the living room after a day of exploring Paris, The location was perfect for visiting iconic sights like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower, both easily accessible by metro, An added bonus was the plethora of charming cafés just around the corner, Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Paris near Place de la Nacion. It was in a good location and the apartment has a roll down security gate that comes down over the front door that made us feel really safe. There are cute cafés and it’s very close to the metro so you can get into the city sites easily. There was ample room for our three teenagers and us. The downstairs was spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and 2 bathrooms and a bedroom and 2 pull out couches. The upstairs has a low ceiling and we hit our heads on door frames between the 2 rooms. We mostly hung out downstairs in the spacious living room. The one problem was that we could not get a hold of the owner. We had questions about the TV that was not working and even though we attempted the phone number/app/email/ concierge service, we were never able to get a hold of him. This was worrisome in case we actually had an emergency, but since we didn’t have any emergencies, we were fine living without a TV. Other than that, the accommodations were wonderful and we had such a great trip to Paris!

We really enjoyed our family trip with teenagers to Paris staying in the apartment at st-6-Trône. Good parts of the apartment - the downstairs was spacious and well supplied with kitchen equipment and pull out couches. It was clean and ready when we arrived. We felt safe with the extra gate to pull down on the outside of the door. The neighborhood was great - next to cute Paris cafes and the metro. My only negative comment is that we could not get ahold of the owner through the direct number and also not through the management service. The TV was not working and we had questions about the trash and other small items. I texted/called/ used the app through every method I could and received no response. This made us worried if we had a real emergency (lost keys or something) that it would be terrible. But in the end, we did not have any emergencies - just no TV service and cleaning questions so we still had an amazing trip to Paris and enjoyed the apartment very much.
