Property Details:
This 70-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, small refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
Both bedrooms are interior courtyard facing and furnished with double bed and a superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Located in a great neighborhood, close to many sites. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The elevator was great for an elderly parent where steps are hard. Will note that if your party has different daily plans and need to store the key, storage is a 15 minute walk from the place.

Good location and dynamic neighbourhood. Very clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Quiet (as you are away from the street). A bit sparse and utilitarian but you have everything you need. Retrieving the key is a pain especially if you are coming from overseas and jetlagged.

Overall, a good stay in Paris. The location was nice with easy access to the Metro and a short walk to Notre Dame. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 17 and 15 year old) and there was enough space. Pretty plain apartment, but really more used as a home base while traveling the city. Overall, had a very nice stay.

Great location, be aware of the key pick up point
The positive first… it’s a very good location with sites and many good restaurants very close to the apartment. It’s also very comfortable and spacious. We felt secure because it’s located in the 4 floor and towards the back of the building.The negative… The point to get the key is far from the unit. The taxi left us at a restaurant that have a key box and then we had to drag the suitcases for about 20 minutes or more ( wife and kids were not happy) on top of that the restaurant workers did not have any information and further more were rude…I was able to email the management company and asked them if I could leave the keys at the unit. They agreed…Be aware that there is no A/C, I would not recommend to stay there during the HOT months…

We had a great stay. BnB was responsive leading up to the stay and even after with my daughter leaving some school books in the apartment. Upon check-in we saw a couple issues such as some tape on the refrigerator, drawers that wouldn't stay shut, and an unhooked smoke alarm. BnB asked me not to hook back up the alarm but they didn't send someone to do it during out stay. That is the only negative.If you plan to use this unit as a large, family hotel room - it is perfect. Kids got their own bed and we were in a fantastic location. I would definitely go back.

The apartment is cozy and well-organized, offering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Perfect for a large family, it features two spacious bedrooms and a great living room and kitchen area, ideal for preparing quick meals or gathering together.
The location in Le Marais, near Hôtel de Ville, is fantastic! It's close to a variety of great attractions like the Pompidou Centre, Place des Vosges, and the Musée Picasso, all within walking distance. You'll also find plenty of charming cafes, bistros, and boutiques around every corner, making it a great neighborhood to explore.
The self check-in process was seamless, and the host's communication was excellent, ensuring a stress-free experience. This apartment is a perfect home base for a family looking to enjoy the best of Paris!
Die Wohnung war leider verschmutzt. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer hatte sehr eigenartige Flecken; wir hoffen, es war Schokolade. Auch die Polsterstühle und das Sofa waren ziemlich used und rantzig. Der Klodeckel war locker, auf dem Mülleimer klebte Kaugummi und die Lichtschalter waren verpäkt. In der Matratze in einem der Doppelzimmer gab es - den Flecken nach zu urteilen - definitiv Leben. Man will gar nicht wissen, was da in letzter Zeit so versickert ist. Die Matratze in dem anderen Doppelzimmer war durchgelegen. Die Wand rundum das Bett im Einzelzimmer war total verschmuddelt. Auch die Schlüsselüber- und abgabe ist suboptimal, da sie nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Appartment stattfindet. In Summe (für den Preis) sehr enttäuschend, da die Grundsubstanz der Wohnung eigentlich sehr gut und die Lage ziemlich genial ist.
