The hotel was in general very good, staff, breakfast and the location was very good close to the metro station RER , the shopping center and the shuttle bus point to Disneyland in front of the hotel and I hope to stay there again. Thanks Habib Ali
We booked this hotel apartment for 2 nights for a weekend at Disney arrived Friday afternoon stayed 2 nights it's an excellent location just over a mile to Disney one stop on the train, it's only a few minutes walk to the station and also an excellent shopping centre nearby also a designer outlet shopping centre there are Disney partnership hotels around here as well the rooms where a decent size and clean and tidy also there was a bath I've stayed places before what only had a shower and when you've been walking around all day I do like a bath as it's self catering we made sandwiches for the day out also fridge freezer in the room and a microwave and cooker hob staff where friendly car park below the hotel as well which was handy would stay there again
We stayed here in July whilst visiting Disneyland Paris. We'd previously stayed at Explorers which was very nice, but we wanted the option of cooking for ourselves, so opted to try this aparthotel. The check in was seamless and the receptionist was very helpful. We had a roof box on our car and so could not park in the secure carpark, but she gave us plenty of options and offers of help of where to park etc.. We ended up parking outside on the street which was free overnight, and then drove 5 mins to Disney as we have free parking. The hotel room was basic but fine, with a sofa bed and a bedroom. Our children were so tired from disney that they could have slept anywhere. The rooms were fairly quiet, with minimal noise from other rooms. The huge shopping centre is a 1 minute walk with plenty of eating options and shops, and there were more places to eat along Cours du Danube. The shuttle bus top was pretty much outside the hotel but because of parking, we didn't use the bus. We also did not use the kitchen in the end as we spent too long at disney per day, but it seemed perfectly adequate with a kettle, fridge, hob and microwave. The bathroom was quite tired but functional nevertheless. A great option for self-catering and not paying disney prices :)
We stayed here for a family trip to Disneyland as it was far too expensive to stay at any of the Disney hotels. The apartment was clean, plenty of room for 4 people and it has a small basic kitchen - enough to make sandwiches to take to Disneyland and to cook basic meals. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, especially Zoe. There is car parking at an extra cost but is very secure. The location of the hotel is excellent for anyone visiting Disneyland - a 3 or 4 minute walk to the train station, and a 2 minute train ride. There are a few bars and restaurants dotted around the area as well as the large shopping centre with a food court so plenty of eating options all within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean & basic room with very small towels! However the welcome and helpfulness of the staff was great, in particular from Zoe. Location is really good, close to train station for Disney and next to shopping centre with supermarket,
We had 6 studio rooms as it was a family gathering. Each are slightly different in relation to furniture. All were the same size with different bed configurations (doubles, twins) etc. All had a small kitchenette with microwave, stove, kettle, fridge which is ideal for a breakfast - or pay euro8.50 in the restaurant. Reception has free coffee and crossiants after 10am if you miss breakfast Each room had a good shower with lots of continuous hot water, basic soap/shampoo etc. Bed was comfortable and clean. Our room had a view of the library, the road was quiet. great location. get there via val d'europe RER train station (easy 5 minute walk) out the station turn right to the end and then turn left / walk straight its on the corner. Euro2 from Torcy RER and bus station shopping - out of the door turn right 200m into the val d'europe the largest shopping centre and outlet mall in Europe. 500+ shops 40 restaurants and Auchan supermarket for food (breakfast) Disneyland - one station away go to val d'europe RER one stop to Chessy (Disney) for euro1.50 and your in Disney 2 minutes away. you could also walk 25 minutes - out the door turn right, take a left at the first street, to the end turn right at the police station and walk 25 minutes ... DO NOT TAKE the expensive TGV or train to Disneyland. CDG Terminal 3 Roissy bus station - take bus 19 stand E euro2 takes you to Torcy RER and bus station. change to RER at Torcy to val d'europe / chessy about euro 2.50 compared with euro 25 ...... friendly helpful staff printed off our Disneyland tickets for free!!!! has laundry on the 1st floor
These appartments are perfect for Disney 5 minutes walk to train station and 1 stop to get to disney the shopping centre just a short walk away has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable the only down side for us was we booked 2 appartments and they was not together but we managed I would definitely book again.
These Sejours & Affaires apartments are just perfect. We stayed there as a family of 4 with our 2 grown up daughters. Firstly it was easy to find with sat nav. The female receptionist on arrival was brilliant. Her customer service skills were faultless. She was friendly, funny and answered any questions we had. The room was big enough for 4 of us with a large double bedroom. The small kitchen was perfectly adequate to make up some baguettes to take with us. Disneyland Paris snack prices are as you would expect vey high. There was loads of wardrobe space. The location of these apartments is perfect; 5 - 10 mins walk to restaurants, Val d'Europe with a huge Auchan and only 5-10 mins walk to the station. The station is just one stop less than 5mins to Disneyland. It was just over €4 return each. Parking was secure underneath the hotel at €8 a day. We had a magical time in Disneyland so I'm sure we'll be going again and we would definitely stay in these apartments.
Well this place, we didn't expect much for the price, but boy were we surprised. Great English speaking staff who upgraded our room for free as soon as they heard it was my wife's birthday. Speedy check in smashing room with a little kitchen, which was a surprise, but very handy with a hypermarket a few minutes away. Free buses to and from Disney parks and just a couple of minutes away from train station if you fancy a trip into the centre of Paris. Also a massive mall of outlet shops two minutes away if you like your designer gear. I can't see how anyone can complain about this place for the price they charge.
We wanted somewhere close to Disney as my wife's daughter works there and wanted to see her off duty, and with easy access to Paris city for a couple of days. Travelling with my daughter meant we needed beds for 3, and this hotel was the only one in the area with the beds needed for four nights. The arrival was quick and easy as the reception staff spoke good English. The room is basic as you would expect with a two star establishment. The bedroom had one tiny wardrobe, a shelving unit and one plug at the far end from the bed. I'm one of those that charges my iPhone overnight and uses it as an alarm so this was a big problem. The bed was two singles together with memory foam mattresses. They were surprisingly comfortable and I managed 8 hours unbroken sleep each night. My daughter had a sofa bed in the main living area. Again it was memory foam and she said that she slept fine, but it's not thick enough for an adult. There is a TV in the room but only French channels so it wasn't used. He kitchenette was tiny and apart from the fridge and microwave was poorly equipped. There were only steak knives so couldn't butter the bread for example. The bathroom was on its last legs and is definitely done using old electrical safety with a full voltage plug right next to the sink. One thing to note is they only supplied towels for 2 despite 3 staying. The smoke alarm had also been removed from the main living area. We had a patio area which would have been nice if there was furniture so we could sit on it with a bottle of red. This was also covered in cigarette butts where the rooms above us had people hanging out of the windows smoking and flicking their butts onto the patio below. All in all, for the price we paid it was ok. Nowhere near the comfort and standard of a premier inn that is half the price but the location was ideal. I just think the whole place needs gutting, re-wiring to modern needs and needs a total refurb to bring the rooms up to standard.
