CHECK THE MATTRESSES!!
We had to cut our trip a day short as we couldn’t stay in the conditions of the room. Mattresses covered in what I can only assume was blood.
We were first given a room which we put our belongings in then headed to the Disney parks and came back fairly late and we were tired so just fell asleep. It wasn’t until the next morning we realised how unclean and how much the room was falling apart. The mattress sheet also come off during the night and both mattresses were covered in stains from what looks to be blood. We asked to change rooms and were told at reception that there were no available rooms but when we pushed more saying that we will not be staying here, another was suddenly available. My partner checked out that room and again both mattresses covered in stains, this time worse! We went back to reception to be told that we can use that rooms pull out bed if we weren’t happy with the mattresses. We said that we didn’t pay the money we did to stay on a pull out mattress and he agreed and eventually gave us the key to ANOTHER room. Now with this room, the room was much better so we stayed the night. It again wasn’t until the next morning that we saw what looked to be blood on the curtains as well as what looked like blood on the sheets. This is when we made the decision that we will be cutting our trip short as it is unacceptable conditions to be staying in. It is unclean and a health and safety concern.
