Comfortable newly renovated 1-Bedroom studio on the last floor with balcony and elevator. Panoramic view overlooking the roofs of Paris and sunrise view right from the very comfy bed! Balcony with table and chairs, perfect for lunch. The Art Deco building is in a cute cobbled street and was an hotel in the '30s. Very calm neighborhood with grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants close by. You're 1 block away from "La Campagne à Paris", the most picturesque and secret neighborhood in East Paris.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a dining table.

Really comfortable and cute place! 💖
Better than hotel! Loved the view, location and quietness. We booked last minute. The host was super responsive. Late arrival not an issue. Bed super comfy. Kitchen fully equipped. Beautiful artwork on the walls. Loved it!

Amazing property! Super well furnished, awesome view.
We spent a perfect stay with my partner. Super nice host, the place is beautifully renovated with all you need (Nespresso machine and blazing fast wifi were our favorites), and the view... having our breakfast on the balcony contemplating Paris was just amazing. The bed is super comfortable. And the elevator makes the check in/out feel like a breeze. Finally, the neighborhood is super calm but there is plenty of groceries, bars, restaurants 2min away (walking)
