Location - absolutely spectacular. It's central to everything, I am in love with the Latin Qtr. and this hotel is literally in the middle of everything. There are buses and metro stops all around. The neighborhood is great. You will be 10-15 away from everything (walk or train). Room - Everything in my room was so clean and neat. The room was quite small but SO comfortable for one person and you're in Paris, so what do you expect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the mattress was great, the blanket was perfect. There was a lovely window in the room that provided lots of light and also fresh air. The bathroom was (again) completely clean and the shower was great. Water pressure is terrific. Service - every person I spoke with at the hotel was beyond wonderful. So sweet, thoughtful, and kind. Everything I needed they helped with right away. Thank you for the warm hospitality. The only con was my WiFi signal was poor, I couldn't stay on the network for more than a minute at a time. But when you're in Paris, who cares about room WiFi. Get out and see the beauty.
The hotel lived up to it's reputation for having a very pleasant and helpful desk staff. It was smaller than we expected and so was our room, but the reasonable rate, location, ample breakfast, and helpful staff made up for that.
Pretty little boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Ok, the rooms are small, but very well priced, clean, comfortable and stylist. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Less than 10 minutes to the nearest metro and Notre Dame, and can easily walk to Louvre. On a nice day you can take a long walk to Eiffel Tower via Luxembourg gardens, stopping off for lunch on the way. The location is definitely the hotel's selling point!
I booked two rooms one for me and another one for my colleague both with the pay at the property possibility, because we were actually going to pay with our individual cards. For some reason the hotel has charged me on the day of booking, I thought it was normal preauthorisation. And when at the hotel i asked the receptionist about that money whether they are going to be unblocked and returned to me since we are paying with different cards now. The receptionist assured me that once we pay for the rooms with our card that money is going to be unblocked/returned. Unfortunately my money never got returned. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that that was indeed a charge and not preauthorisation. Now i am trying to reach out to the hotel but they are ignoring my emails. Terrible service. Rooms are tiny btw. I booked a twin room to only find one single bed in my room. How is it a twin if there is only one single bed? Stay away from this place. I am still waiting for my money, so if hotel staff reads it do something about it ASAP! You have my emails.
I made reservations through Booking.com for this hotel in January (2019.) I have never been to Europe before so I was so excited. I spent hours searching for just the right hotel and thought I had found it. Our trip is set for June 17, 2019. Today, a little over one month out, I found out that the hotel cancelled my reservations. They claimed that they ran my credit card, American Express (AMEX), twice and it was declined. I have a $25,000 credit on my card -- I called AMEX and they said my card was never ran through. AMER said they have a phone number for merchants to call if they are having trouble with a credit card -- the hotel never called their number. Booking.com asked the hotel for the transaction number of when they ran my card -- this hotel could not provide one. My reserved room has been booked to someone else now for a higher price. What a scam! Of course, I am angry and frustrated. Now, at this late date -- I need to find another place to stay. Thanks for reading my review. Please be aware of this hotel. I am sure they will respond to this review and said they ran my card - I have proof that they did not! If you read my other reviews on here -- I am always honest and trustworthy.
Champagne is my favorite drink with red wine a close second. This hotel has a champagne bar!!! It is located in the middle of everything. I walked to the now burned Notre Dame w ease. Cute restaurants all around. The front desk is fabulous along w a full delicious breakfast to get u started. Ask for Diana at front desk!! Enjoy!!
staff was always in their computer and they where not hospitable, one day the towels of the hotel where dirty. We where two persons in the room and they only provided towels for one person, after calling the front desk a couple of times, the extra towels didn't arrive so i had to go out of the room and ask the housekeeping directly.
good location, walk around 10 mins from metro, I take metro line 4 from train station. Reasonable price. I got a room on the high floor with 2 balcony, rooms are big and clean, although bathroom has a little bit smell. Staff are polite and helpful. recommended to everyone
Fabulous hotel. Great eclectic decor. Very well situatedy. The staff was so nice and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and the champagne bar was cozy and had a very good selection. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to paris hopefully in the very near future.
We arrived in Paris after a week in Southern France. Logan greeted us with a smile and a great sense of humor!! The room was NYC small. But, we didn't need tons of space because we hung out in the bar downstairs with a nice bottle of champagne. Would highly recommend this hotel!!
