I couldn t sleep the whole 3 nights, the Heather was making horible noise at night , 6 am to much noise outside the room , Doors smashed , people laughing , very bad service, i went down to the reception to get a coffee from the Machine It was 1 euro i insert It , forgot to put a cup under , i asked the Recepționist if i can get an other One , they were servind breakfast , she Said , she can t do nothing , do not waste your mooney in this hotel u Better pass ur night in train station or somewhere else .

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and this is a good hotel comparing to the prices as they are offering small rooms with small restroom ,they offering acceptable breakfast with additional prices, the location is good it is near from Monamart and there is a near metro station .but finally it is a small hotel and it is good for a single people not a family.

Very Bad Experience. 4th Oct we have to check-in, but due to some problem, we reached on 5th Morning. Without any information, they have cancelled our two days booking. I agree that we should inform if we are late, but that should be mutual. If Hotel is cancelling our booking, they should inform us. Lady on reception was so rude. It is difficult to understand, how they can cancel two days booking without informing us, even we have paid full amount. This is the clear case of cheating. So please think before to book such type of hotels.

I wish I could describe it better but the truth of the matter is, it was horrible. The breakfast that was paid for was not included once we got there. We had two rooms with no A/C it was miserably hot in Paris and the hotel didn't even offer a fan. The bathroom was the smallest room I have ever seen in my life. The beds where horrible, the cleanliness was just bad. The only good thing I could say; the location, the area is charming so many things opened around the area to eat and hangout. Metro and buses are close by as well. For the £650 Euro we spent we could of gone somewhere else with A/C (may be in the Fall or Winter this would be a good idea) but for the hot months please don't waste your money and if you don't mind going to the toilet, brushing your teeth and turning on the water all at once your good.

Our rooms faced the street. Since it was not air conditioned and it was hot out, our windows were open day and night. The noise from the street was loud and prevented sound sleep. The bathroom had mold on the walls and our hair dryer did not work. They also make you give them your room key every time you leave; a custom we were not familiar with. The building was very old and the floors were very uneven. It did have an elevator and the staff was nice.

Good location, friendly staffs. The room is OK though the floor is not flat. The terrible thing was that there was power cut several times. Wifi was also slow and sometimes not working. 位置很好,店员也都会说英语。缺点是房间有一点儿阴;地板不是平的,是倾斜到一边的,容易摔倒。最讨厌的是我们住那几天,停了好几次电。wifi信号也不好。

Good experience, nice and helpful people in the staff, every day room cleaning / towel and sheets changed. Close to Montmartre, 5 min walk to Sacre Coeur, close to railway stations Anvers and Notre Dame de Lorette

The location of this hotel is probably the best thing about it, it's really close to the bus stop, also within walking distance of several metro stations (about 7 min). It's also close to several stores where you can buy what you need. And the staff were polite and friendly. On the downside, the room was REALLY small, with a tiny bathroom, you get more space in the airplane's bathroom, that's how small it is.

1. they froze 40 dollars from my cradit card as a guarantee, I don't see the point of it since everything was already payed when I made my reservation online. 2. there were 3 available power sockets in the room 21 none of them was working porperly, I had trouble charging my phone 3. no shampoo, no slippers, just soap and towells 4. the hotel is not responsable in any way if you lose your posetions in the hotel 5. the wifi was ok 6. the bathroom was not super clean, but it was ok 7. people at the reception were very nice 8. the best part about this hotel is its location, which makes up for all the negative things I mentioned. a grand variety of cafes, a supermarket nearby, boulangeries etc, plus its a very safe area. transportation: there is a bus stop very close to the hotel, you can take the bus to go to city center, or use the metro (station Cadet is the closest) I highly recomend that you download the app Paris Metro Free by Zuti to get around its very easy to use and extremly helpful! hope this helps

We were very unfortunately placed in this hotel via Hotwire. It promised us a 3-star experience similar to "Embassy Suites" which is the biggest load of false advertising crap I've ever heard. The location is fantastic--no complaints there from us and upon first arrival we were very much looking forward to a quirky, but authentic Parisian experience. We waited for quite a while in the lobby before we rang the bell. When the guy did come out he was pulling up his pants--everybody has to poop, no problem there. He gave us little to no help in locating parking & double charged us even though we were clear that we had already paid online. This wouldn't be a HUGE deal except we're coming to the end of our Eurotrip and we are still awaiting our deposits from 7 other hotels and our rental car (which we mistakenly anticipated to see sooner). I really liked the setup at first--old building, gorgeous historic staircase, awkward hallways that you have to fight your suitcase through. Our room, however, was horrendous. We walked into BLAZING heat. Thank goodness the windows open, since we weren't able to successfully turn it off until the morning. We were right above the smoking area, however, and that was less than pleasant. If my husband wasn't incredibly ill this particular night we would've turned around and walked right back out. They boast pictures of rooms that have been updated and AT LEAST taken care of. We, instead, were lucky enough to have mold, bugs & a broken bathroom fixtures. I don't consider myself a princess by any means, but basic cleanliness and sanitation is a priority in my book. It is also quite loud which I don't blame the hotel for at all, but is something a visitor should be aware of. The ONE upside--I loved the french windows that overlooked the courtyard. We have never had problems with the secret hotwire hotels in the past and we use it all the time, but they seriously dropped the ball here. HUGE insult to any reputable hotel company to compare it with this.
