I booked this hotel for it's decor and location, but I was thoroughly impressed with it's service and amenities. While our room was not large, it was so well thought out that it never felt cluttered or overcrowded. Room service keeps things impeccable, and when they accidentally dropped a perfume sample (not a full bottle even), management sent us a handwritten note and a box of macarons despite the in person apology we had already received from housekeeping. The concierge was also extremely helpful with restaurants. Everything served at breakfast is of excellent quality. Overall, service is smooth, professional and very pleasant. We didn't have the time for a spa treatment but really enjoyed a quick visit to the jacuzzi and steam room which were top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends.

This hotel is located in a bustling neighborhood of restaurants and shops actoss from a park. The service was perfect and the hotel had a number of cozy commonn rooms to eat a nice breakfast (provided) or an after dinner drink. A quiet patio was also a nice place to spend time on sunny days.

From the moment I set foot in Le Pavilion until I checked out the service was impeccable. Probably equal to or better than the best hotels I’ve visited. My room was very comfortable and attractive. I did change from the first one I was shown because I felt it was small for the price, even for Paris. The front desk couldn’t have been more pleasant or accommodating. I love the location in the Marais and this is the first time I’ve stayed there. My other visits to Paris I’ve always stayed in the 6th arrondissement. I will definitely return to Le Pavilion de la Reine.

It is a beautiful hotel with relaxed atmosphere and wonderful hospitality. My husband and I stayed 2 nights, we loved walking around the hotel visiting galleries and nightcap in the beautiful garden after our excursion. The room was very nicely decorated with lovely flower bouquet in a vase on a coffee table. Breakfast was good too. It would have been perfect if there were better quality pillows (the bed was fairly comfortable) and better WiFi. We will definitely go back.

Quite simply the best. The service from the staff made our stay so easy and the quality of the hotel, its food and drink is just unmatched. It is not possible to be disappointed. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and they were so helpful in assisting us as we prepared for a "re-do" of our vows.

We stayed for 4 nights to start our honeymoon and were very impressed by the property overall. The location is really the stand-out. We’d never been to Le Marais before, and now, plan to only stay in this neighborhood. So much history and charm, with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were great. I do wish they’d acknowledged our honeymoon, but I know that’s not something you can really expect. We did get wine and a $100 credit due to booking with American Express, but did not get a room upgrade. Our room was very small, and the bathroom configuration was quite odd (toilet right behind the door). The elevator and hallways were narrow and small as well. I had a massage one day which the hotel was able to arrange very minute for me; it was great. Only downside was that there were no spa amenities available for use, so it was just the massage. We had breakfast onsite twice and it was quite good, albeit expensive. Overall, great stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - but would pay for a larger room.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and within easy walking distance of excellent cafés, bars and restaurants. During our four-night stay, the atmosphere throughout the Pavillon was one of calm and elegance. Our room was quiet and comfortable, overlooking a small central courtyard of trees. The service was first class in every respect. From the receptionists, through the concierges, to the staff who served us at breakfast and at the tables in the charming front courtyard, everyone was courteous, friendly, professional and helpful. In our experience, larger five-star hotels can be impersonal: here, the staff regularly greeted us by name and were generous with their time when we had requests or inquiries.

The building is amazing with a great exterior. Staff is really unique and welcoming. Overall a very good hotel for Paris but the rooms are too old with moquette and need a total refurbishment. Outdoor are excellent. Why you don’t restyles the rooms? It could really be one of the best hotels in town

This was my 10th time staying at PDLR over the last 19 years. And while its true that we probably get a little better service as loyal patrons, that counts too. Besides, how many hotels have private courtyards/ Why stay anywhere else?

We stayed ths weekend in this wonderful hotel..hotel staff were more than helpful and the room we stayed in, room 10 was so comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Le Marais too...loved every minute of our stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you soo much xx
