My wife and I had a junior suite which was large and well appointed.I happened to fall on the street and the staff was extremely helpful in calling a doctor who was at hotel within an hour or so. The staff called several times to determine if I needed anything. We will certainly continue to be members of the Hyatt fan club.
Very warm welcome and super dedication nto their customers. Bedding was perfect and room beautiful. Very well located very near all shops and in the center of Paris. A perfect choice to stay in couples in Paris.
Some may wonder why I keep reviewing this property. We've been staying here every year since 2013. The experience just continues to improve. The staff is great and friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful and assist in every way. The rooms are well appointed, everything is clean and well kept. The location for us is fantastic and convenient. We look forward to our next visit.
I stayed at the Park Hyatt Vendome for 7 nights and everyone cared about my staying literally everyone and they made everything easier. the rooms are big and it included a tiny changing room and a big bathroom.
Warm reception and great service done by the crew. It is an impeccable hotel in the center of Paris, starting with the reception, check in, and check out, our staying was super, the management and the crew are very efficient and makes you feeling at home.
Excellent service, location and atmosphere. Dining is also excellent. My wife and I have been able to visit 2 years in a row and we look forward to another visit soon. Definitely a top choice when staying in Paris.
Two stays in March and April; The location is perfect. The service is impeccable (friendly, welcoming, always with a smile) The concierge and bell service go out of their way to help, whether with a taxi, an umbrella or a restaurant reservation. There is construction on weekdays now but we barely noticed it. The rooms are well maintained, spacious with wonderful amenities. We have received each time a bottle of wine as Hyatt Discoverist members, my wife for her birthday received chocolate truffles as well. Commendable mentions to Camille of the front desk and Jeremy at the concierge, but everyone was equally nice, welcoming and professional. Of all the hotels we stayed at all over the world, this remains our favorite.
We chose this lovely hotel as our very first stop during our first visit to Paris. Due to red-eye flight from the US, we arrived in super early around 8am, but amazingly we got our room at 930am upon our arrival, and we also got an upgrade! 2pm late-checkout request was also honored as a Discoverist status. In addition, I mentioned that we are celebrating my partner's birthday when I booked the hotel, and that was also honored by Melanie, the Sales Director of Guest Relation by giving us macarons and one champagne. All in all, we will definitely come back next time in Paris.
We visited Paris for four nights over Easter, and the Park Hyatt Paris - Vendome rose above my every expectation. We arrived very early and rather sleep deprived on a red eye from New York. While our rooms were not ready (unreasonable to expect at 8:00 AM), the complimentary breakfast that we received in Les Orchidees really hit the spot and gave us the energy to spend the day exploring Ile de la Cite. The hotel was at full capacity, but we barely saw or heard the other guests, and we never waited more than a moment for the elevators. The hotel was able to meet our request for connecting rooms overlooking Rue de la Paix. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms and closets were spacious. My children felt particularly compelled to take bubble baths in the enormous bath tubs. My favorite in-room amenity was the Nespresso. The wifi was also very good handling our multiple devices. My in-laws were celebrating their 47th anniversary, and they were treated to a lovely bottle of champagne and delicious macarons. Finally, we absolutely appreciated the warmth and hospitality that we felt from every member of the team at Park Hyatt Paris - Vendome. It has only been a few days but I am already planning our next visit. Thank you and a la prochaine fois.
Had a fantastic experience at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome. I had stayed at the hotel on a recent business trip and had a great experience despite staying only one night. This time I brought my family which included a 13-month-old baby which can be challenging. We booked via the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts program and therefore were entitled to great amenities including F&B hotel credit, free upgrade when available, complimentary breakfast and guaranteed 4 pm late check out. When we checked in we were greeted warmly and the gentlemen (can't remember his name) offered us a great upgrade deal for the 2 bedroom Vendome suite instead of taking the 2 deluxe rooms that we had originally reserved. When I say a great deal I mean a great deal! We had to pay extra however it was a marginal cost compared to the regular rack rate. Let's just say we were blown away by the room, the terrace overlooking Place Vendome. The service received and attention to detail was amazing especially considering we had a 'loud' teething 13-month-old baby with us. When checking out we were bid farewell by the front office manager which was a nice touch and she genuinely expressed her delight to have us at the hotel. The concierge desk was also fantastic as they assisted us to find the best place in Paris, within walking distance, to eat a crepe. They also helped us find and reserve a great Lebanese restaurant called Liza which I highly recommend. Overall a great stay and a family-friendly hotel which was important for us. Will hopefully return, especially if the hotel decides to offer me a great deal on a room again!
