This was an amazing hotel to start off our 25th anniversary trip across Europe ! It set the bar for all other hotels we visted and was our favorite by far. The service was top notch and the room and accommodations lived up to the rating and reviews. The location was perfect for walking to many of the attractions around Paris, enabling us to come back to the room for a quick nap or to drop off items after shopping. Camille exemplified the high level of customer service in helping to make this trip a great memory. She worked with me ahead of our arrival, coordinating the Champagne and strawberries (waiting for us when we opened the door) and even took the time to escort us to the room and make sure everything was as expected. The hotel even upgraded our room for the special occasion which really put their service over the top. We will plan to stay at this hotel the next time we visit Paris !

My husband and I stopped here on our honeymoon after the Maldives, and before we made it to Amsterdam. We both we're so excited to stay here because we had heard on multiple occasions this was one of the best hotels in the Hyatt Portfolio. I have to admit, I don't see it. My husband is a Globalist at Hyatt and used one of his confirmed suite upgrades. Now again, my husband is a Globalist, the top tier at Hyatt, we had made a note in our reservation that it was our honeymoon, and used a confirmed suite upgrade. The hotel only put us into a Park Suite, the lowest level suite which is pretty much a junior suite compared to any other hotel. So I have removed a star for minimal Hyatt program recognition. Speaking of the room itself, when we checked in, the desk told us it was a 'newly renovated' park looked straight out of the late 80s. All of the gold mirrored accents and red velvet took me for a loop. And they're so dark! The room did not have good lighting and made me feel like I was staying in a little big of a dungeon. I am removing a star because I was not impressed with the rooms at all. On a positive note, the location of the hotel is ideal. My husband and I happily walked around all over Paris. We got lucky, and realized we had booked during Bastille Day. Which was an amazing experience! I would highly recommend visiting during this time. What a cool celebration, and the fireworks were the most amazing I have ever seen! Also, the breakfast was impeccable. I couldn't stop dreaming about the omelettes and croissants. Valerie served us each morning and she was delightful. Overall, I don't think my husband and I will stay here again when we visit Paris, nor would I recommend it to any friends or family visiting.

Very impressed with the room upgrade and they even found a connecting room for us when requested and both of the room is close to the elevator the only complaint I'll have is only one of the connecting rooms has a bathtub the other has the shower room without bathtub. This is the second time staying at the hotel while visiting with my family in Paris. The rooms are very beautiful too with a living room in between the two rooms.

We had a wonderful stay here, albeit for one night. The entire decor and vibe is a modern twist on the belle epoque style that's common in this part of Paris, particularly as demonstrated by the Ritz around the corner. The rooms are quite large for Paris (we had a king) and the bathrooms are incredible--including both a water closet and a dressing room/walk in. Everything is extremely well-appointed and the service was impeccable. The location is also excellent as you have access to several metro lines and a cab stand right outside. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Everything you can expect from a hotel of such standard. Julian from the Reception was a delight and the Concierge desk was so swift in answering all our questions. Staff is definitely well trained at the Hyatt Vendome and we hope to come back.

We stayed here for the last leg of our 8 day Paris trip. The location is in a very tourist oriented area with lots of shops near by. The rooms are very large for Paris hotel standards and the staff is very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Like other 5 star hotels near by, the price is high, but with our Hyatt points (30,000 per night) we stayed for essentially 50% discount. The hotel does need a bit of an upgrade as most of the fixtures were dated. There were a few water stains in the bathroom as well, but for the points I spent I don't think I could have stayed at a better hotel in Paris. We had gone to The Four Seasons for dinner at Le Cinq and that hotel is a whole new level of luxury.

We stayed for 2 nights on reward points but my platinum benefits (yes it was still called platinum back then) were honored with free breakfast (in lieu of missing lounge at the hotel) and room upgrade. A box of yummy chocolate at the room to welcome our arrival. The room itself were great, large and clean and luxurious bathroom. Ok the view wasn't that great looking at other hotel rooms but it is across a courtyard. Automatic blinds shut out the lights when needed. The breakfast were delicious down to the strong coffee that my wife and I both enjoyed. And so many pastry choices, after all it is Paris :). The location is central to attractions that we walked to most places. Even though we had a car with us. The staff were friendly and professional like all the Park Hyatt I have stayed (ok I am a bit biased in this regard, I love Park Hyatt hotels) there are reviewers saying this hotel is a step above 5-star and I have to agree. Remember this is one of the few Park Hyatt in the highest category 7 (of hyatt's own rating system). Use hyatt points if you can, this place ain't cheap :P Close to $1000 USD per night...

The staff at this hotel were so attentive to every single need we had. We had checked out Friday morning and spent all day touring Paris and came back for our bags Friday night. They remembered us, walked us to our Uber car with umbrellas in the pouring rain, loaded the car, and thanked us for our visit long after we had checked out. Just a tremendous experience!

Went on a mother daughter trip recently to paris and had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Vendome through my Hyatt rewards. Everything from check-in to check-out was met with professionalism and the utmost care and service. I hope to return back and stay at the Vendome again!

The experience from check in to check out has been wonderful. The staff strive to make your stay the best possible. We asked the concierge to help us find truffle salt. The staff not only found the store that carries the salt. They even got us pricing. World class hotel.
