Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the city. Child friendly in all aspects. Our family had a jolly good stay. Proximity of the Metro being just a foot outside the hotel is pure bliss!

It was just one stop away from the metro station, which was convenient. However, I was very disappointed with the service. There was no room service at all—everything had to be collected from the reception. Even when the shower gel in the bathroom ran out and I called for a refill, they told me to come downstairs and pick it up myself. This applied to everything else as well!

Bad smell that was not remedied after we told front desk first day. “I’ll call housekeeping”. Smell from drain smelled very strong like sewer right by master bed- 1 meter away. Ever fixed. Smelled throughout trip. Location had amazing Turk and boulangeries to choose from, so affordable. Far from sites. Not walkable at all at metro even got expensive for 2.50 for family of 4 for several trips/ day. Definitely not 4 star!!! 3 at best but did appreciate water and fridge and extra trundle.

The hotel is very modern, nice rooms, the staff was welcoming, check in was fast. Hotel is right next to a metro station and in from of a tram line, an Uber ride to the attractions was around 10-15 depending on traffic and about 15 to 20 Euro. Would stay here again...
