Summary:
Deally located apartment in the center of Paris, in the famous Marais district, 10 minutes from the city hall. It's a very lively district, thanks to its many pedestrian streets that give access to many of the capital's trendiest restaurants, bars and boutiques.

The Space:
Located in the heart of Paris, rue de Montmorency, my 35m2 flat has been completely refurbished since May 2022. Decorated with taste, this flat will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.

This sublime flat is very well arranged and is composed:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds and televisions
- 1 sofa
- 1 dining table
- 1 lounge area with television
- 1 fully equipped American kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven...
- 2 shower rooms without toilet
- 1 separated toilet
- Internet by fibre

Sheets will be prepared for the number of guests required for the reservation
the cleaning of the flat is done by professional agents

We booked what was advertised as a newly renovated modern apartment. The ground floor unit smelled of mold and waste. The unit showed lots of wear and tear since any renovation (probably several years), and the single toilet was unusable and illegal. We opened the windows to ventillate the unit, but the windows open onto the garbage collector for the complex with open cans and smells. We notified the manager, who could do nothing for us. We notified them we were cancelling our reservation and immediatelyoved to a hotel.

Clean apartment, nice towels and bedding, great location. It was marketed as freshly renovated, but several problems: plumbing was an issue, e.g. one shower not sealed properly - water on floor and very slow to drain, toilet had basin directly in front - very cramped, microwave listed but not included, wifi details incorrect. Very expensive for what it was.

Great location and communication was good. I didn’t receive the checkin information a day prior but via the app and through a phone call everything was resolved within minutes. It was a nice two bedroom and living area. Perfect for our family of 4. Little closet space so pack light.
