Magnificent studio completely renovated in December 2022, extremely well located in the heart of Paris, just a few steps from the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil, one of the trendiest streets in Paris thanks to its many comedy clubs, theaters or lively bars.
Decorated with taste, this apartment will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.

19m2 Studio, fully air-conditioned, located on the 5th floor without elevator which includes:
- 1 queen size bed, 1 dining area Tv, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer, )
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

This apartment is located in the center of Paris near the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil, very commercial and lively streets, known for their numerous cafés and restaurants.
