The room needs ventilation but there was no air conditioning so we had to open the window. There was a construction site opposite the hotel which was very noisy. There was access issues because the taxi couldn't drop us off at the hotel; a warning would be useful.

Noisy

Arrival was good - staff got me checked in very quickly. The reception area is very busy as they run that and an upstairs area as a co-working space. Rooms are small, but clean. Beds could benefit from a choice of pillows rather than 4 of the same. Bar closes at 10.30pm and no room service after this time so bring snacks if arriving late. Breakfast was a good selection. Rooms are noisy - the water pipes seem to make the cry of a whale anytime anyone turns them on which is not great in the middle of the night. There is construction over the road which starts at 7am and the trains / metro start early so you get the noise of the trains as well as the people going to the station. I couldnt get my window to open and the aircon didnt seem to work - the dial just turned around and around which made it a hot night..

Location, location

Location is perfect, just outside the station, you can get transportation to any where in paris through the underground metro and RER network, rooms are small but clean and tidy, check in was very fast, we didn’t try the breakfast
