The room was really clean when we enter and everyone was helpful and nice toward us. Location was great we go everywhere around the city easily. Great location! L’Ouest is right by the St. Lazard train/subway station with many bus lines as well. It is at a walkable location to the Concord, not far from Park Monceau. It is comparable to our Comfort/Hampton Inn. There is breakfast if you want but with plenty of bakeries nearby and a Starbucks next door, I’m not sure you should go for it.
