Horrible, Like sleeping in a prison cell. Twin beds were youth bed size, not full size. No room to move around in. Had to move to a different location in room to allow a second person to pass. Avoid at all cost.

The rooms are fairly small, but the location couldn't be better. It is just a few blocks to Notre Dame Cathedral, the ile de Cite, and several other interesting attractions. There are at least 50 restaurants available without crossing a major street and probably 200 within a short walk. The entrance to the Metro is probably 30 feet from the entrance to the hotel and if you come out the right entrance you don't even have to cross the street. The negatives, no elevator to the lobby, bags must be carried up a spiral staircase to the first floor, small elevator from there. Some of the rooms are on a busy street so you cannot open the window at night without noise, but they turned the air on partway through our trip so we did not need to anymore. The windows did keep the sound out, but room was warm before being switched to air conditioning. The one day we ordered breakfast, we waited 45 minutes, though we were not subsequently charged for it. Staff was very friendly, especially the people cleaning the rooms who tried to do little extra things.

The location of the Hotel Cluny Square is wonderful, but the rooms are very small and a little run down. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom making it impossible not to flood the room every morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly; their English was very good. Be aware that the lobby is on the second floor and there is no elevator. The elevator starts on the second and goes from there. The narrow spiral staircase may make this hotel difficult for travelers with limited mobility.

Having been to Paris once before we knew that the Left Bank was really being in Paris. The Cluny is so perfectly located! The RER/Metro station from CDG was litteraly at our door. Notre Dame and the Luxembourg Gardens less than 5 min. walk. Inexpensive restaurants everywhere, and the food was fabulous!!!!!!!!! I will never stay at a big tourist hotel. This hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and treated us like family. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is two blocks or so from Norte Dame and the Patheon, and within walking distance of the Louvre, not to mention that the metro stop is right there, next to the hotel, the description of around the corner is an overexaggeration. The hotel is visible from the top of the steps of the metro. Also, the eateries in the are are fantastic. The staff is generally friendly and alaways willing to help. Great hotel, but the shower is an older shower. No shower curtain, remember to sit down and use the shower head on the hose to clean off. Sitting down is the key.

The Hotel Cluny Square was great hotel. Walking distance from Notre Dame, Louvre, and in the heart of Latin Quarter. The hotel was comfortable nothing too fancy. The bathroom was quite small which is normal with most European hotels. The train from Charles de Gaulle go straight to the Metro station in front of the hotel. It was so simple to get to and from the airport. If you aren't planning to spend too much time in the hotel than this hotel is perfect. We walked all over Paris and just came back to the hotel at night or to change to go back out.

The hotel staff were very helpful in providing information about the area and providing directions to specific destinations. The room provided me with everything I needed as far as cabinet space for clothing, bathroom counter space for my numerous hair products and desk space. I love the location; it was so easy to hop on the RER to and from the airport which saved me a lot of money as compared to fare for a taxi.

The Hotel Cluny Square is located in the heart of the Latin Quarter and is within easy walking distance to several sights, the metro line, and scores of restaurants / bistros. I personally had severe customer service issues, as the hotel staff did not deliver on their own promises to provide some of the services that should be expected in even an average hotel...i.e., they offer laundry service and don't alert guests when they do not even bother to send out the clothes (3 days in a row...same problem...same promises each day with no Urgency to correct the problem at all - would not go the extra inch...much less extra mile.) Hotel itself was very standard for an above average European hotel...small rooms, but to be expected...overall great building - horrendous management. One bright spot: Air conditioning actually DID cool the room, which is uncommon in European hotels (undersized units in other hotels keep the rooms too hot). Summary: Location is perfect for nightlife and sights. They need to care at least a little bit about customer service. Take a few lessons from hotels that cater to the business travelers that go on vacation. Seasoned travelers actually do have expectations about service...buildings can't be changed, but people can be...and in a lot of cases, should be.

the hotel itself does not have any extra ammenities, but it is neat and clean. the great thing about the hotel is its location. It is near the Seine River, Notre Dame, the metro is right around the corner. The nightlife is terrific with many shops, cafe's right behind the hotel on little side streets. Very safe, clean neighborhood.

The Cluny Square has a great location, two blocks from the Seine on the left bank. The RER and Metro stop right in front of the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within a two block area. The breakfast served at the hotel was good and plentiful. The rooms are very small, but you get what you pay for and you don't spend that much time in your room anyway. The bathrooms look new, but the tub-shower is hard to use as a tub or a shower, but you get clean. The day desk clerk was rude, but everyone else was helpful and pleasant. They were installing AC while we were there, so it should be cool in time for summer.
