This is our second time staying at this hotel and we love it. Quiet at night, very safe and just a minute walk from the metro. It’s affordable and very stylish and well equipped. Each room had a fridge and the kids loved the bunk beds. Always plenty of hot water for showers too.

The roads outside the hotel was under construction so had to walk from the intersection with luggage and children which was inconvenient. Other than that, hotel was nice, clean rooms, and very good restuarant.

This could be a very nice property. Some of the staff were very good, Hani, Pious and Nicolas, especially. The cleaning staff is excellent. We stayed at this hotel last year and were disturbed daily by the construction noise from upgrading the property. We were told that the renovations were due to end by the Olympics. We stayed at another hotel in the spring to avoid another annoying stay with construction noise. We were greeted by a hallway of blue tarps from the entrance to the front doors.To hide the sight of courtyard renovations. Construction was not yet over, so every morning (except Sundays) we were awakened to the sound of hammering,drilling ang grinding. The noise started a couple of days as early as 8:30 AM most days by 9:30. If you intend to stay here, be sure to ask when the refurbishing is complete. We were told it won't be until May 2025. The area is great, close to the Metro, restaurants abound, every type of food you could want is in walking distance.

The room and corridors were dirty, musky and outdated. The toilet seat was old and chipped, the tub was dirty and slow to drain. The sink was also clogging and by the second day, the sink was almost completely clogged. The carpet was stained in several areas, and the air vents were covered in dust. Our heater wasn’t working, and after reporting it to the reception, they did nothing at first. When I complained again, they gave us a small portable heater that felt like a fire hazard so we didn’t use it, leaving my family to sleep in a cold room. I will never stay at this hotel again.
