I love the place be a of it location to all the tourists attractions and shopping. I’m just disappointed that they didn’t tell us anywhere online that they don’t open the aircon until Mid May so we had to request a fan for our stay. Thank weather was still cold.

We request a quiete room on high floor and we had exactly what we have requested. We had a great warm and professional welcome by Nugzar that even if it was very late at night helped as with all the questions and requests we had. The room was nice and warm. We even had a view of the to Eiffel Tower. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels but nothing can be perfect . Everything we asked for was given to us..

Only one lift working, which given it's size is extremely inconvenient, only able to get one person with luggage in the lift, rooms extremely small for the price paid. The room I had, unfortunately was extremely noisy, could hear everything next door and above (showers, toilet etc), bathroom and room was extremely cold, no remote for the heating? Radiators do not work. Didn't have breakfast as there was no seating on the two occasions I came down. The hotel is located in a good location just bare in mind it's on top of a hill. Overall I'd say it's 2/3* with significant upgrades required.

The check in was effortless due to Nousgar’s efficiency and welcoming attitude. Hopefully I spelled his name right. He greeted us with a big smile which was so good to see after a long flight. I also want to mention Paula, Marie Ange and David’s assistance in regards to our specific sightseeing plans. Metro 2 Victor Hugo is its closest metro. Nearby is a Laduree, a bakery, a pharmacy and some boutique shopping options. The area around the hotel itself has diverse dining choices and a mini market at the corner. The hotel is walkable to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. The room was small but enough for our 3 night stay, had a good size bathroom, the electric kettle with the tea and coffee packs provided is a relief after a full day out. I will certainly recommend this lovely hotel with their wonderful team.

Good safe choice for this area

Clean, comfortable, efficient a little bit anonymous but very convenient. Only issue was shower head slipping down the fixing bar, but this is such a common issue did not bother to report it.

I requested a double bed room with 2 beds, but when I arrived they gave me a room with one bed so I went to the reception and asked if I can have the room changed. The staff member said we changed the room and we don’t say sorry. I felt like maybe that was just a language barrier maybe she did not mean it this way, but she kept on trying to push to upgrade my room abd I refused. Then she gave me another room. Upon going into the room I found out that it was not clean; there were towels and garbage everywhere. So i went back to the staff and she kept on telling me check out and come later for a check in. After the third trail we had a room, but it was very inconvenient.
