On the pictures, the place looks great! On reality, it is totally different. First, rooms are too small, carpet looks old, elevator does not fit more than 3 people. You become clastorphobic inside. No parking but on here, Orbitz shows free parking. We stayed one night and looked for another hotel. Not going back.
The staff was incredibly RUDE!! They made a mistake with my reservation and expected me to arrive a day later than my actual PAID arrival date. When we sorted out the error they acted like it was MY FAULT and were quite rude with giving me a room, which in the end was super small and not what I expected. I would never return to this hotel again.

Hotel was more in line with a 1 or 2 star, not a 3 star. It was old and run down, and nowhere near the location where it described itself to be--near the Champs-Elyssee.

Dear Madam, we kindly asked you upon your arrival if you had a nice journey : your answer was that you had a bad journey and you hate Paris ! you were not frendly with us and I am affraid to said that you do not have any sens of humour and obviously you hate Paris and french people as well ! Mr Willie, We are surprised with your opinion about our rooms because all of them have been renovated and the majority of our guest are very pleased with their comfort. Besides we don't understand your criticism concerning the elevator, especially on those days with the covid19 where it's forbiden more than 2 persons inside... Anyway, I suggest you to book in a 4 or 5 stars hotel, maybe a palace where the rooms will surely be amazing but it's not the same price... Regards, Angela/Front desk manager
