The hotel supplies the necessities. You can sleep with good bed sheets and towels, the localization is very very good. I did everything by foot and the metro station is really close. BUT i've solicited a double room and i got a twin one and they have none to offer me. The reception is really helpful and attentious. The breakfast is pretty simple but its not bad. Its a good price for Paris. I'd recommend.

Me and my mother visited this hotel and we will NEVER go back. The lock on the door to our room was broken, so we got locked out of our room - all of our stuff (money, clothes, passport etc.) was still in there. When we told the receptionist she got mad and wanted us to pay for the broken door - she yelled and screamed at me and my mother and made my mother walk crying from the place. They refused to open the door and we had to walk around in Paris with our dirty clothes and no money. WORST SERVICE I could ever imagine!

I'd like to thank the man working the front desk last night for laughing at me when I asked for help and was terrified that two men had followed me back from the metro. English may be his second language, but the concept of human kindness seems to be hard to grasp as well. What a disgraceful place.

We were in Paris for the Tour de France weekend. This hotel was just what we wanted. It's a 20 minute walk from the Gare du Nord, and is also within walkable distance of all the Paris tourist attractions. Top marks for location. Our room was clean and well provided with towels, soap and shampoo. Some people have complained about noise from night club and cafes. Well, the hotel is in Pigalle, on the doorstep of nighttime Paris, so that must be expected. Our room was at the back of the hotel and we had no noise. We enjoyed our breakfasts - roll, croissant and pain au chocolat, and as much juice and hot drinks as we wanted. The reception and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. This is a value for money 2* hotel. We wanted a good base for our trip and would certainly come here again.

Everything was ok, nice hotel. Not expensive and good location. Close to the metro. Thank you.........................................................................................................................

What was good: - simple breakfasts - view from the window - nice staff - not far from Metro - elevator (starting from the second floor only) What was bad: -no free wi-fi -no hot water late at night -no TV changer in the room (but there was a TV) -no fresh air in the coridor -sounds at the street ---------------- If I travel to Paris again, I will search price offeres from hotels and if this one is one of the cheapest - I'll come back.

That was my 4th visit to Paris. And I didn't expect any special things from two-stars hotel. But this hotel was the worst. The price is good, rooms are clear, close to metro. But: 1. Too noisy - the are two very popular bars on the ground floor, right under the rooms' windows. Bars work till 2-3 a.m., loud music and loud people. It's impossible to sleep. 2. After 8 days of our staying the towels were ended. Housekeeper took 3 wet towels and put back only one. And for two days nobody could do anythign with this problem. And 3 - After 10 days of our staying the lavatory pan was broken. And it was not fixed after several reminding. Service stuff on reception was friendly. But they couldn't do anything for us to solve the problems. Unfortunately there is no free wi-fi.

Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE - Hotel Royal Mansart (Paris ). In this “shelter” we spent 3 nights on September /2014 and now work with booking agency on full refund. Why ? on 1st floor - Restaurant open until 3 am, across the street - Club- where people have fun until 6 am. We COULD NOT close windows because NO AIR CONDITION and COULD NOT breathe ( outside was about 22-25 degrees Celsius ). COULD NOT sleep with open windows because of screaming, scandals on the cramped side. OWNER Sandra completely IGNORE customer’s needs, does NOT CARE what is going on in her hotel and DOES NOT allowed even to Manager call her if emergency. False Hotel Advertising misleads consumers starting from official website and unfair reviews. In reality – nightmare with 32 shabby rooms without mini-bar, telephone, WIFI, English TV channels, air conditioning ... lift starting before 3rd floor and it’s ONLY YOURS FUN / PROBLEMS how to get luggage up and down . ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE.

lived in this hotel from 29 April to 05 may 2014 This hotel is the economy option for not capricious tourists who come to enjoy Paris and not stay in the room. To sleep, relax after a long day exploring or sightseeing place is quite suitable. Тhe rooms are Spartan (very small shower), Breakfast is very poor. The staff is very friendly and ready to help and services. wifi is paid. But a great location. near metro, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the Moulin Rouge, 10-15 minutes walk from one side of Montmartre with the sacré-Coeur, on the other hand, the Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. The Louvre Museum - 30 minutes on foot, 40-45 minutes - to the island Cité, where Notre-Dame de Paris. Of course, can be reached by public transport - metro, buses from all sides. In my opinion, is quite a normal hotel.

Went there this summer with my family, booked 3 rooms. All of them are clean. The bathroom, although really small, is clean and surprisingly has hair dryer. The breakfast area is small, but always enough to sit everyone during breakfast time. For breakfast is a basket of French bread with butter and jam. Quite simple, but good enough. Wifi is prepaid. What is quite funny about this hotel is the lights along the corridor will turn-off itself every 30 seconds or something like that (so we need to press the light knob as we walked) or else we gonna walk in the dark. We always laughed about this, but i think its a great idea to save energy. The elevator is located on the first and a half floor (it´s in between every floor), this means we need to our heavy suitcases to the first-and-a-half floor first then continue with the elevator. Location: 5 minutes to Moulin Rouge and metro.
