nice place inside, outside the hotel a lot of clochards at each hour day and night (and during the night they do a lot of noise...) the room size is quite little, it's ok if you stay one or two nights
My friend and I checked into this hotel for only one night between tours of France. We experienced superior customer service. We were upgraded to a junior suite and the registration employee escorted us to our room. The room was huge! We were sad that we weren't staying longer. We had reservations for a three day tour and did not want to take our large suitcases with us............no problem! The Bell Captain stored our bags while were gone and we retrieved them when we returned. All with smiles and impeccable manners! The bathroom was deluxe and the room had a sofa and two armchairs and two desks. The bed was extremely comfortable. No noise going on here. Slept like a baby.
Hotel was nearby to metro stations. Lovely cute hotel. Kind staff and room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Very happy with our choice and would happily book again. Worth the money. Hotel Regina Opera.
Hotel was ok and a short walk to shops and cafe's, location not the best but the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was ok but no in room coffee facility which would have been appreciated. Would stay again but would prefer a nicer neighboorhood.
I think my title says it all. Do not trust their elevator, I got stuck in between floors for approximately 15 minutes around 11 pm (seems short when I write it here, but it seemed much longer at the time). The elevator opened its doors between floors and I literally saw a wall in front of me, this happened twice. The night watchman helped me deal with the situation in a calm and helpful manner; however, when I told the day staff of my experience the next day they offered me a coffee to make up for it. Poor customer service by the day staff and a dirty room on my arrival (hairs on the toilet) result in an unusually poor review from me.
The breakfast was a joke-kept on running out and we had to wait. The rooms were tired, old and very basic The location, albeit it was close to a station? The environment is not conducive. I saw drug addicts and homeless persons right next to the hotel. When I say drug addicts, it is not my opinion, I saw a woman injecting herself! Caroline from the reception is very helpful and courteous but this hotel either needs to advertise itself as a 3 star or get a complete refurbishment done. Area wise: avoid as a family
way to small and expensive for what you get the rooms are ridiculously small. staff is nice etc but price quality is out. try somethingelse why do i need 200 digits in here, my answer is clear i think
This place is very clean and cosy. The staff are helpful and friendly. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Should we come to Paris next time, this will be our number one choice. Excellent value for money.
Great Hotel, great area, great staff, romantic Paris views from the accessible balcony good price. I reccommend it to any couples visiting Paris. The double room we stayed in was a bit small so I would suggest paying a little extra for a triple room.
lovely small hotel, perfect location to underground, station less than 100 metres, no shortage of shopping, bars and cafes within walking distance. Very welcoming staff and nice atmosphere in the Hotel. would book again
