Good location but not very clean

Location was good and close to subway stops. Grocery store was two minutes walk. The flat was not very clean. Rugs were not vacuumed. Kitchen area and dishes were not clean. The listing said washer and dryer but there was not.

Appartement bien conçu , pièce de vie confortable, rue calme . Des désagréments signalés rapidement : rideaux non occultants dans les chambres, portes sdb et d1 chambre frottant sur les encadrements des portes donc bruyant la nuit. La porte dans couloir de l’appartement ne ferme pas sans la claquer. Il y a un manque d’entretien global (lunette wc qui se deglingue, spots plafond qui se détachent,…) propreté pas au top.
