Really rude staff. Kept me waiting on the desk with no communication. Not welcoming at all. Rooms nothing like what shown on website. Breakfast was mediocre by Paris standards. We checked out one day early as we couldn’t last another night.

The smallest room I have ever stayed, no change of bedding for 3 nights, worsts mattress and pillow. TV space is covered halve of the room and only french speaking channels available. Entrance lift and stairs were disgusting, very very noisy environment. Paid £120 per night...very disappointing.

the room is a joke, it is super small, uncomfortable and just ugly the bathroom was even smaller - the room was clean but I also was shocked that no safe was in the room. the location is Average - the complex is overloaded with people and the breakfast options are just sad, specially when you are a vegan
