The rooms are tiny which is normal for Paris. The bathroom shower is very small. Water pressure is good. The elevator is very very slow and small, we took the stairs instead. The staff were so nice, they let us check in a few hours early. They were friendly when you come/go. They have water and croissants in the lobby which is a nice touch. Steps from arc de triumph, and metro stations. Lots of restaurants and fast food options nearby. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neigbours babies crying and screaming. You can hear anytime someone is in the hallway. Overall, I would stay here again. This was a clean, nicely located hotel. Staff were amazing and welcoming.

The hotel was lovely. Excellent area and close to shopping, eateries, big bus stop. On arrival we were given a free room upgrade which was great. We were able to leave our luggage and room was ready earlier than expected. All staff were super friendly, professional, helpful and a special shoutout to Theo who made us feel especially welcomed and was very helpful. The hotel allow you to leave your key at the property whilst you are out and about which is a great idea. Breakfast was good, this hotel for a 3* is a real a gem!

Perfect option one block from the arc can get a ticket for the hop on hop off and go all over the city just a block from hotel. Cafes all about same with pasterrieas and master pastry chefs for baguettes and croissants.

Stayed two nights with my 12 year old. Iniitially i thought wow this room is small but it ended up being a great stay and Just what we needed. room was clean. The staff was great and very accommodating . We had a late flight to Barcelona and they held our luggage until it was time to go to the airport. The location was amazing. metro is on the corner. Arc de Triomphe on the corner. There are several dining options. There is a starbucks next door. my only complaint is no smart tvs, all channels in French.

Comfortable stay for a family

We chose this location because it was affordable, centrally located (near Champs Elysee, Arc de Triomphe, and the metro line), many restaurants nearby (including a McDonalds - if you have a kid, huge plus), there’s AC and an elevator. We had a stroller but we were able to leave it at the front desk for easy storage. Overall, we would stay again! We stayed in their deluxe room which we thoroughly enjoyed.
