After a long day of sightseeing, it's the good and economic choose to relax and sleep well. It's Nice, Simple, Quite, Clean, Fast Free WiFi, wide range of French tv channels & friendly Staff. Also, location close to Subway & very close to McDonald's. Enjoy ;)
Hotel is well situated but the showers were cold ! Room and breakfast were moderate. Not recommended, I will not return to this expensive hotel. Staff at the reception desk were helpful and the room was available at mid-day on arrival. Close to the metro and in a nice area with lots of shops etc. No free water bottle in the room like the last time I was there !
We recently stayed here for four nights and what a lovely hotel ! Location was great for central Paris and close to Gare du Nord railway station. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. We were located at the back so no street noise which was great Breakfast what you would expect, continental with various meats and cheeses, croissants etc all fresh Only negatives were that the hotel shower was VERY small and although there was a bar area located at entrance to hotel it wasn't open so nowhere to get a drink (although there was a vending machine) All in all would highly recommend as we really enjoyed our stay here
Simple french hotel in great location, staff friendly, clean rooms but the shower a bit small 6th floor rooms on the street side have a lovely view. Great location with walking distance of the main site good local eateries and the metro
very nice hotel, good location, very good connections with subway/underground, good restaurants/bistro in the neighbourhood. will recomment this hotel to friends and/or family not far from "gare du nord"
Cosy hotel spacious room compared to paris friendly staff excellent neighbourhood near all attractions Clean Good breakfast Good service Nearby restaurants & cafés Air conditions 2 very near metro stations Cadet & Poissonnière
Booked double room through Flight Centre for 2 nights. We were given room with 2 single beds. Rooms are quite dated but comfortable. Very small shower - a big person would find hard to use. Only one very small lift which appears to bypass the floors when it has reached its weight load. The breakfasts comprised cold foods such as cereals, yogurts, pastries, breads and cheeses. There was ample supply and it was fine for what we wanted. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. Stored baggage for us on our last day till we caught Eurostar in afternoon (no charge). Walking distance to Gare du Nord station, two metro stations nearby which are on the line to the Louvre. The street it is on is one way up towards Gare du Nord station. Also easy walk to Galleries Lafayette for shopping.
Hotel reception area presented nicely. Reception Staff friendly. Our first visit we booked a queen size bed but room was two single beds pushed together. Disappointed, but the beds and pillows very comfortable. Our shower was a very small cube, you had to turn sideways to get in and then no room to spread your arms (we are not big people). Our room looked over the main street and had a balcony. Our room was on the 2nd floor which had no smoking signs, but upon leaving the lift you could smell cigarette smoke which was disappointing. On our return visit same floor we were given a bigger room but still only two singles pushed together. The bathroom in this room was good, full size bath this time. Breakfast was continental, would have been nice to be able to have toast. Free wifi was excellent. The location is good. Not too far from the tourist centre called Opera where we caught the Big Bus Hop on Hop off. Also near Galeries Lafayette.
We stayed here for 5 nights in May. It was pretty much everything you need. It had a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, a decent sized bathroom and a fridge. Breakfast was included in our reservation and was basic (croissants, meats, cheeses, cereals and yoghurts) but we enjoyed it. It was a 10 minute walk from the Gare du Nord train station and a walkable distance from moulin rouge, Montmartre, champs de élysées, and the louvre. For those that don't enjoy walking there is a metro station quite close but we never needed to use it. There are plenty of restaurants around and the area felt quite safe. There are also multiple laundromats close by. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris.
Was very disappointed with this hotel. The frontage look fine but from there it went downhill. The reception when we arrived was cold and uninformative. We went up to our room and our first impression was we had stepped back in time to far. We had booked a double room and got two single beds pushed together and made up as single beds. The bathroom was probably the best thing there as it looked like it had been recently renovated and the location was good. Nice restaurant across the road. Sorry, can't recommed this one.
