They have tried to update this old building, tbe wallpaper is just as you see it in the photos. Bathroom well done but incredibly small. Booked tbis throu g h Qantas site and quite frankly expected for $257aud to be better. Its two star, but the location is first class to Montpassne station. Did not have breakfast here but breakfast room looked clean and inviting.

Friendly English speaking staff. Very close to the station (Montparnasse)bus stop outside. Good breakfast, the room was small but very clean and well kept. The hotel has a lift. There is a restaurant next door that is inexpensive and the food was good.

Location is right next to the subway station, Montparnesse-Bienvenue. Staff was friendly. There are nice restaurants nearby (I recommend Le Clos Y for a French-Japanese fusion cuisine). The kettle used for making tea and coffee had an inside that strongly smelled of vinegar (probably used for cleaning the inside). So I couldn't use it. The room is tiny. But the room was old, rusty, not too clean, and the water from the shower and faucet smelled of rusty pipe (so shouldn't drink the water). Room was dark even with the lights on. Pay ~120 Euros/night. It's cheap in terms of money for a hotel in Paris but it's overpriced for what you get as room. The 15 Euro breakfast was also overpriced for what little choice there was.

Situated right next to the Metro in the heart of Oaris this quaint little hotel captures the hustle and bustle of Paris perfectly. With good food outlets all around, a direct line to the airport by bus, supermarket and pharmacy all within walking distance the Miramar is perfect. Is it 5 star? No it isn’t but it has everything you need with lovely and friendly staff - especially for non French speaking patrons - and clean facilities. The breakfast service is excellent and provides you with everything you need to survive a busy day. I would go back definitely.

We stayed at a double room for one night. We needed a hotel near the Montparnasse train station for catching a train the next morning and the location of the hotel was perfect for this. The train station was just across the street. The room was small but clean. The shower worked well. We did not have any problem with noise. The staff at the reception was friendly. It was fine for a quick stay.

Flew into Paris and stayed here overnight before heading to Bordeaux. Great value for the proximity. Clean and modern. Small but not cramped. Friendly staff. It is close to a busy street if you have a problem with that but I don't so I slept like a baby.

Staying in the heart of the action. Close to LaFayette. Metrostations close by. What do you want more? The friendly staff has hospitality spelled with a capital H. Breakfast is nice. The rooms are clean. Mine looked towards LaFayette. It was kind of magical to see the light go on there early in the morning.

This is a typical 3-star hotel which offers reasonable value for money. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The location was excellent with many restaurants nearby. The train station and metro are also across the road so commuting all over the city was easy. The airport bus also leaves from nearby.

I booked at the last minute following the change with my business trip itinerary. I chose specifically because of its vicinity to Montparnasse station and didn't expect much more. But I was pleasantly surprised. A clean, modern and larger than expected double room on 5th floor cost me about 90 Euros. From the window, I could see Monoprix supermarket, and La Fayette at the base of the Tower to the centre to the left, then to the right, the station. There are so may restaurants of all sorts of cuisine nearby. The airport bus stops at the side of the train station as well, so it's an excellent location. The only drawback is that there is no Aircon. With the window closed, I didn't hear much of the traffic noise and a good night's sleep. In the middle of the summer, it would have to be wide open and I don't think it would be the case. There is a slow but functioning lift, and this is a bonus. Yes, I would consider staying here whilst the temperature is still nice and cool.

Well located. It is really just opposite la Gare Montparnasse. Very practical if you need to take the train to continue or start a new trip. We did it to spend the night before to travel to Bretagne. Both bedroom and toilet were very clean. Nice surrounding. A pity that the bedroom and the toilet were small.
