Good location, small rooms, but clean and well kept. Air conditioning worked well and low noise level. Breakfast has limited variety and a very tight space. Difficult to communicate with restaurant staff and ordering paid extra items can be challenging. Elevator stopped working at check out making it challenging to bring the heavy suitcases down several floors.

The hotel room is very small, otherwise I will give it 5 stars. It is in a very good location. One minutes walking to subway station, there are lots dinning options on the back street of the hotel.

Avoid this hotel!

Honestly you are better off savings your money somewhere else. The room they gave us was small, dirty, smelt bad, and on the floor the lights weren’t on. So imagine landing at 11:30 going to the hotel and the floor was dark. Also the key is a literal manual key that you have to fidget with the door to get it to unlock. The area is meh. Not really anything Paris like unless you walk to the arc.

A fantastic midrange hotel in an ideal location not far from the Arc de Triomphe. It’s not fancy but it’s clean, well managed, and in a charming neighborhood. The staff are absolutely wonderful! I enjoyed this hotel so much, I’ve already booked another stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel and perfect location on a small quiet street – it’s just a few steps from Argentine station and less than a five minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe which makes navigation easy. Room was clean and comfortable, very safe, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I can’t wait to visit Paris again, and when I do I will 100% be rebooking at l’Hôtel Fertel Etoile!
