It is simple and good hotel for short stay. Region is good. Service is normal. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is also enought. Staff are kind and helpful. If you will visit Paris for bussines or short trip which you will not spend lots of time in hotel, this hotel can be chosen.
I stayed here as many other hotels were either full or very expensive due to an event at Porte de Versailles. The hotel is rather small and cozier than a normal chain hotel. I was greeted in a very friendly way, the guy happens to visit my village in Belgium from time to time........funny. Breakfast was good. Not the most fancy hotel but I loved being there as the place was quiet. When I woke up I heard Johnny Halliday died, it was the only thing people spoke about.
I took my children and grand children's on a USO Columbus weekend trip to Paris, France and this was there first time visiting Paris, the hotel was booked by the organizers and we had three rooms, they were clean, and the beds were comfortable...... the only thing you must remember when going to any hotel in Europe is to bring your own wash cloth ..... I would go back again to this hotel.
The hotel is good because It was near yo the exhibition centre, in the Porte du Versalles área, but un muy opinión is too expensive. When I arrive, the hotel It was complete... al 14:00!!!..Also, the hotel have not air conditioner
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during a trip to Paris for my birthday. The hotel room was clean and modern. It was approximately 15-20mins on the metro to the Eiffel Tower (with two metro stops in close proximity) or about an hours walk away. There is a couple of small supermarkets just opposite the hotel which we found convenient. We mainly ate along the Champs Elysée at Pizza Pino however there's a restaurant called L'argument about 5 mins walk away from the hotel which was superb! Definitely worth a try! The hotel staff were friendly and we felt the hotel was very safe.
There were no toiletries in the room. After complaining first night I was told we will get the soup and condishioner next day and should use the body wash dispenser in the bathtub for now. The next day after not getting any toiletries I complained again but was told it is the Mercury standard not to provide even a hand soap in the rooms. How can a four star hotel do that? Also, the Internet quality is really pour.
Location was great, good access to many amenities - supermarkets, F&B, Metro stations. The room was small but clean and comfortable, just nice for 2 persons. I enjoyed my stay. I must say the wifi is pretty fast as well, which is good as I was travelling for work.
I stayed for three nights on a school trip with students. My room was large, spacious, and had great wifi. The breakfast was also great. The staff was friendly and spoke English and other languages. The location was a 5-10 minute walk to the metro. My only negative was that my room overlooked the lobby, which was a bit strange.
The hotel was selected by Viking cruises. After our wine touring cruise, we extended 3 additional days in Paris. Everything was arranged by Viking. They did a wonderful job. The Hotel was plush and near some fine restaurants and only a short walk to the center of Paris. It was very large and modern. All the amenities were available. The concierges were not up to their best. On one occasion, they sent us to a restaurant that was closed. On another time, they sent us to a restaurant that didn't offer what we specified for our meal. They did apologize and sent a nice dessert treat as a way to make amends. I had one reservation about our room. It appears, in France is is customary to have very deep baths. This made showering difficult as I had to balance myself on the sink to get in and out.
I'm gold member of Le club Accor. This hotel not welcome for member. I asked early check in-NO, i asked late check out-NO, i asked change room-NO. No welcome drink, NO VIP TREATMENT, NO room upgrade. I am also Hilton diamond member, they are much better for member. honestly, if i have choice, i will not choose Accor anymore, especially this hotel. They really do nothing for member
