Stayed for 20 nights working on the French Open. Staff were polite and friendly. Rooms are functional and clean. Facilities are a little lacking and prices were high for hotel services such as the restaurant and laundry, but to an extent this is what you would expect from this kind of mid range business hotel. Breakfast was good, but not cheap. There are a lot of coach parties so at times the lifts are hard to use. The fact that I stayed for so long yet didn't at any point feel unhappy with the hotel or it's staff is fairly telling.
When we arrived to our room I was very upset at the size - it was clean and nicely done but absolutely tiny. You could not fit the both of us in the bathroom at the same time! This ruined the beginning of our trip but I did not want to complain as it was late. The next morning we were woken up by screaming playground kids! Our room overlooked the playground. I regret not asking to move rooms but the next day was the weekend so there would be no kids to wake us up. Breakfast was standard - quite nice, not busy. The croissants were the best! The location was not in the best area and was a 15 min walk to the metro. We were in Paris on our first visit so wanted to visit all of the tourist sites and nice restaurants so this wasn't ideal. Overall I would not stay here again (as a tourist) - as a local yes.
Although not that centrally located, the metro is round the corner and the hotel is comfortable and clean. There is a small bar and they do have a breakfast room as well. The staff were very friendly and overall we were very pleased with our stay.
I have just spent four nights at this Hotel. Location is not central, but near a metro station (10 minutes walking), that gets you everywere. A Taxi from Orly will cost you a fix fare of 30 Euros. Condition is good, the room is very small but nicely decorated in orange. Modern bathroom, free wifi, coffe and tea, also a bottle of water. Breakfast is also good, with natural orange juice, fresh bread and croissants, cheeses and cold meats and a small selection of sausages and scrambled eggs. Staff is very friendly.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, as the title says. People on the counter we're very helpful, they gave us guidelines for our trip and they were very kindly when we asked for directions or help. Is not too near to the city center, but a metro station is not far away, from there you can get to anywhere in Paris.
Nice hotel, a little wayout of the centre of Paris for sight seeing. Clean quiet and excellent comfy beds. Staff very helpful and attentive. We were booked in as part of a deal but would be ideal if at the covention centre
We stayd here for 3 night its close to the metro so it is really easy to get to place if you don't wan't to live in the middel of everything. The rooms was clean and fresh and the beds was very Nice to sleep in. We will stan here the next time we come and visit paris
A really good hotel from every angle especially as it is less than 10 mins walk from 2 Metro lines . Rooms were a little on the small side, but clean and well designed with lots of hanging and shelf space. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly speaking excellent English. There was a problem with our booking when we arrived,(2 guests with the same name !!) but Cassandra and William dealt with it quickly and professionally whilst we sat in the bar having a complimentary drink. Breakfast was plentiful and varied but there is no restaurant; however this wasn't a problem as there are lots of places to eat within a short walking distance or room service if necessary.
Lovely breakfast, friendly and english speaking reception staff. The twin room was very small but really comfortable beds. Shower was really good. Kettle in room and supermarket close by. 10 minute walk to the nearest metro.
The massage service they offer at this hotel is AMAZING. When you travel around different countries and want a massage it can be hit or miss but this service at the hotel is a must. I had a lady by the name of Justine I believe she was polish and recommended great restaurants and other places to visit. I got a deep tissue and it was extremely relaxing and energising. They come straight up to your room and set everything up to your pleasure. This is a must for massage lovers.
