Wonderful location, friendly staff and very clean. Updated (small European style) room with nice looking decor. Very happy with our stay!

We were driving all around the location without luck. It was located in a "pedestrian walking alley". Finally with help from staff at another hotel, we were guided and had to walk several blocks to locate it. The hote staff member was very matter of fact and not helpful as to how we could get our luggage to the hotel. There was no access by car. The room was very tiny as was the shower. We would not recomment this hotel. Not a 3 star hotel!

Great option nearby Eiffel tower, subway station is 3 min walking and the area is pretty nice. Room is small, but it is perfect after an all day tourist walk in Paris. Good choice, go for it.

This hotel was part of our second stay in Paris. The selling point of the hotel is its proximity to the Eiffel Tower. My wife wanted to stay close to this attraction and this establishment allowed us to do just that. The rooms are a little outdated and small. It is a small hotel overall. Do not expect American sized rooms. With that being stated, the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing us directions and tips for moving around. The Eiffel tower is a 10-15 min. walk from the hotel's door. Bottom line, if you don't mind staying in a simple yet extremely hotel than this is a great value for your stay in Paris.

For my first trip to Paris I spent a lot of time searching for a nice, clean, budget-friendly hotel in a safe, central neighborhood, and am SO glad I found this hotel! It's located in an adorable Parisian neighborhood called Passy, on a quiet, cafe-lined street with the smell of fresh bread wafting and a fruit market across the street. Most importantly, the La Muette metro station with the M9 train is a few short blocks away on Avenue Mozart, making it easy to get around the city. It's a great location - we were able to do the short, ten-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower at 12:30 in the morning and feel completely safe! The front desk staff were professional and incredibly helpful, and while I was expecting a small hotel room, it was a comfortable size. It was a nice, clean room with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a maid that came in once a day. Will definitely return to this hotel!

I cannot say enough nice things about my stay! Not only is the location fabulous, but the staff, room, and atmosphere were wonderful as well. This will definitely be my hotel on my next trip to Paris.

We checked into a room which was cramped, and dirty. We had reserved a room with a double bed, but got two single beds (not good for a romantic vacation!). On the third day, the plumber flooded the carpet while fixing our clogged shower drain. Stepping from the soaked carpet to the bathroom tile left muddy footprints from the dirty carpet. The hotel did not have another room, and would not help us find one. We slept in a room smelling of "wet dog", then moved the next night. Hotel would not refund pre-paid fee for remaining nights - overall, a bad experience. (our new hotel was much nicer)

Nice hotel in Paris 16. The room was very small but nice. the hotel in great location 5 minutes walk from Eiffel tower and the river. very close the metrolink too. I stayed there for 3 nights and never had a problem with noise. the Breakfast was 10 euros but across the street is a nice cafeteria with croissants and coffee for less

The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. The location is awesome, as the hotel is on a mainly pedestrian street with many little food shops that sell fresh fruit, cheese and wine, among other things. The room itself is a little small, especially for Americans, but was comfortable enough for four nights. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the elevator was terrible but otherwise a pretty good experience.

Hotel staff hung out in the only lobby like it was their own living room. I requested the sole computer to print my boarding passes (from the employee using it for Facebook instead of sitting at the front desk) only to be told that it's not free, I would be charged $5.00 for using it, and that she would be off in about 20 minutes. This was a regular event. The night guy sat with the tv remote and acted like it was a tremendous burden if you asked a simple question. I could go on and on.... Very simply, do not stay here. I have never written a negative review on anything, but I could not wait to warn people off of this hotel. I am not a globetrotter, but I do travel a bit, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I wish I listened to a few of the other warnings listed about this hotel before I booked it.

Not sure why its 3 star average great place and experience as well a location!

We LOVED the location. It is in a pedestrian street. Metro station is near by. The bathroom and shower were small .

Non-descript hotel with average amenities. Great to get to main places in Paris. Few electrical outlets, no English TV channels available, hard to get to sleep.

This is a modern, clean hotel in the heart of a pedistrian area in the busy Passy neighborhood. Rooms are adequately sized by European standards but do not have air conditining. Street which was very noisey all night long. Ask for an inside room. Very close to McDonalds and Starbucks for coffee in the morning.

We spent 7 nights at this hotel and w/ the good rate we got from Orbitz it was worth it. The location is great. Down the street from La Muette Metro stop and an RER C train line. Plus, there are great shops, restaurants, a laundromat and even a small mall, Passy Plaza, right nearby. Starbucks and ATM in the mall are very convenient. Plus a gourmet grocery store w/ prepared foods was a cost saver being cheaper than always eating out. The room had modern decor and was quiet and restful. Small, but that is expected. The A/C worked well. The bathroom was nice w/ a shower with adjustable height shower head good for taller people. The staff were nice and spoke English. Most staff really didn't interact much at all but were always available at all hours (in case you locked yourself out of your room like we did once). Our room was kept clean daily with fresh towels and bed made up. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Make sure to look up location on a map before arriving though. It's on a small street off Rue de Passy and wasn't on one map we brought (Rick Steve's). It's walkable to the Eiffel Tower but Metro down the street is super convenient.
